This spacious home includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite slab counters, genuine solid oak butcher block, bar area, huge “Bonanza” size dining table, large great room & TV area with vaulted cedar ceilings & cozy warm fireplace, plus hardwood floors with radiant heat.
The furnishings are very comfortable, which you’ll realize as soon as you sink into one of our comfy sofas or chairs to catch up on your latest new book. Outdoors there are 2 huge decks and an inviting hot tub to help you relax even more!
In the WINTER you’re a short 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor’s word class downhill & x-country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding and snowshoeing resort.
In the SUMMER it’s a short 5 minute walk to the river, with nearby access to bike paths (4 bikes,) trails, fishing, horseback riding, tennis, floating down the Deschutes, not to mention 2 fabulous golf courses AND 2 swimming pools.
The seasonally themed Village and Sunriver Lodge have something for everyone of all ages with numerous activities in both winter and summer like bumper cars, skating rink, putt- putt golf, gourmet restaurants with international cuisine or fast food like burgers, fish ‘n chips or pizza. Numerous shops and a spa are within Sunriver, too! Do a lot. Do a little. Or simply relax.

The Unique Benefits of this House
sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee or getting into the hottub at night after a hard day of skiing makes this home a pleasure. the hottub feels good after 18 holes of golf too.
