In the WINTER you’re a short 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor’s word class downhill & x-country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding and snowshoeing resort.
In the SUMMER it’s a short 5 minute walk to the river, with nearby access to bike paths (5 bikes,) trails, fishing, horseback riding, tennis, floating down the Deschutes, not to mention 2 fabulous golf courses AND 2 swimming pools. Brand new to Sunriver, coming this April, is a large waterpark with slides, a lazy river, and more.
The seasonally themed Village and Sunriver Lodge have something for everyone of all ages with numerous activities in both winter and summer like bumper cars, skating rink, putt- putt golf, gourmet restaurants with international cuisine or fast food like burgers, fish ‘n chips or pizza. The Unique Benefits at this House
Sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee or getting into the hottub at night after a hard day of skiing makes this home a pleasure. The hottub feels good after 18 holes of golf too.

The house had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. The kitchen, dining, and great room were spacious and very cozy. The showers were not as cozy, either they were ice cold or scaulding hot and every time water ran in another room the temp would change. The beds on the harder side, but some may prefer it. Overall, the house had plenty of space and plenty to entertain the group and the giant fireplace along with the plush soft couches made for a very relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

This home is wonderful and the great room as well as the bedroom layout is perfect for families! The location is ideal by being close to the action yet very private. The photos reflect the outstanding condition of the home and the relaxing feel you'll enjoy during your stay. Our expectations were exceeded and we hope to make a week at this home an annual (if not bi-annual) family vacation!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
