Located right on the beach. You will be centrally located in Sandy Bay 10 minutes from Coxen Hole, airport and West End. Just a boat ride from West End to West Bay, or 20 minute drive.

While enjoying beautiful our gardens, stop by the Koi fish pond, with a rock waterfall for an inviting rest, reading or just renew yourself in the hammock or swing. We are located on 1 1/4 acres for you to enjoy.
We have many fruit trees, many are over a hundred years old, Mango, cashew, banana, sour orange, avocado, hog plum, plantations, apple banana, young lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange trees.

Walk out on the 400 foot two tiered dock with swings,lounge benches, chairs and a hammock and enjoy the day or watch the sunset dip into the sea, with cool drink in hand. Head back to your beach home and have a nice meal on your deck, or head out for dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants on the island. On Thursdays head over to our neighbors to the West, at Bay Island Beach Resort, for their famous pig roast and crab races. Also a great resort to dive with.
Take a night stroll out to your dock and enjoy the spectacular view of the stars. Very minimal light pollution.
You might want to explore the island if you have rented a car, head East and see the Iguanas and the beautiful views. Further East maybe stopping off at the View for a cool drink or snack. As you continue on your exploration of this wonderful island, you might want to stop off in Oak Ridge and go for a mangrove boat ride, maybe headed over to one of the Restaurants in the area or just drive thru the village of Punta Gorda.
Now if you head West will take you to AKR to see the dolphins, past the Carambola Gardens and Butterfly Park. Next you will arrive in West End village and with all the shops and restaurants,two of our favorites is the rebuilt "Light House Restaurant," or next door "Mavis and Dixie's" restaurant. Many cool drink and snack stops.
You may want to water taxi" over to West Bay, one of the top 10 beaches in the world, be sure to take your snorkel gear and cooler if you like and enjoy the day. Many great restaurants and Gumbilino Park. We enjoy "Bite on the Beach" for a enjoyable meal. Or one of the numerous fine restaurants in West Bay.
Taxis are generally available at the property entrance, just walk down the canopy tree covered drive.
