This beac house is spacious, well equipped and clean. We even enjoyed the outdoor deck on sunny December mornings! The view and location are perfect. We'll be back!

Loved renting your beach house. It's very comfy and well equipped. The steps were our daily workout but well worth it. The deck/view is amazing.

Absolutely wonderful!!! Super clean, comfortable furniture, gorgeous master BR, great ocean view from deck, more spacious than pics show, outside shower +, modern kitchen, etc. I can't say enough! Had the best vacation - super convenient to boardwalk, beach, restaurants and shopping. Can smell the delicious caramel popcorn all week! Cannot go wrong with this rental - owners are easy to contact, helpful and friendly. Plan on spending future vacations right here !!!

I cannot say enough about how spectacular this rental was for my family. The condo itself was just beautiful. Immaculate, gorgeous decorating, spacious, and welcoming. We had 7 of us in our group and never once did we feel crowded in any way. The bedrooms were large, the living/dining area wide open and comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect and very high end. The location could not have been better. We didn't have to move our car all week because everything was at our fingertips. Each night my husband and I would sit out on the deck to watch the ocean and the people on the boardwalk walking by. We liked it so much because we were right in the middle of everything yet it was incredibly private. Like I said...paradise. It was very obvious to us that Donna and Jeff take great pride and care in this condo. We were so happy to have the opportunity to experience their "Slice of Heaven" for ourselves. We can't wait to come back! The Ward Family

over all cleanliness = dirty. get rid of shag carpet and wall mirrors. try painting the walls and wipe clean the baseboard. the glass table was very dirty. the kitchen rug by the sink was full of sand. we had no air in the back of the house for 6 of our 7 day stay. owner knows there is a problem since he added 2 portable fans for the 2 back bed rooms.! ps shag rug smelled of urine! new owner charged $600.00 more than we paid last year - for what! aq few bath towels and some bedding!

Owner response:I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We have never had anybody say anything negative about the condo before. No pets are ever permitted in the condo. We pride ourselves with delivering a clean condo for every guest. The condo was cleaned by my husband, and myself for four hours before you arrived. We left the place spotless as always. The air condioning was on and working fine when we left. We are sorry about the back air conditioner not working during part of your stay. We sent the repairman to the condo, but you were not there on two occations to let him in. The fans came with the condo when we bought it in July of 2010. We appreciate your feedback, as we will continue to strive to make our guests happy! Donna Jarrett

Ocean City-14th Street

My family has been taking trips to the Jersey shore every year since our two teens were born. We try to change it up a bit by going to different beaches but the last couple of years we were set on Ocean City. Never have we enjoyed a Jersey shore vacation like this year! This place was so unique in every way imaginable. We felt like we were the Trumps for a week! Luxury throughout the whole place. The views of the ocean and boardwalk were spectacular! It's located right on the boardwalk. You look out and you are over top of everything. Just a tremendous experience! The beach area is beautiful and you're only steps away. The place is very spacious too with two and a half bathrooms and a gorgeous kitchen. Ceramic tile in the kitchen, foyer and dining room. Dining room table is made of marble! This was by far our best vacation on any beach we've been to in America including the Outer Banks NC and Marco Island Florida! It was very hard to leave and we only live 65 miles away. We would like to extend a sincere Thank You to the owners for allowing us to rent their place. We would rent it again and again! Total relaxation! Thank You! Thank You!!!

Recently stayed with two sisters. Apartment was perfect. The balcony over the boardwalk with unbelievable views of the ocean was enticing anytime of day. Furnishings were luxurious. Well appointed and comfortable. Clean and well kept. The location is appealing. Surrey and bike rentals are right down the block. Right between two entrances to beach with beach tags provided. A very comfortable "off-season" rental also. Definitely plan to return.

Three generations of women had the pleasure of staying for a week at 1359 Boardwalk, Unit C. If not for the steps, it would have been perfect! Extremely quiet and close to all of the shops. Owners, Jeff and Donna were very hospitable. 86 year old Mother (and Grandmother) grew up in area and, thanks to her, our very large family spent many "fun" summers on the Ocean City beach. How fun it would be to return! Thank you Jeff and Donna!
