This is the best vacation rental location in Nashville!! Check out this review from a recent guest: "We were in Nashville for a mixed business/pleasure week and were lucky enough to find this wonderful condo! Smaller than a house, larger than a motel suite, it was clean, nicely furnished, very confortable, and close to everything. We walked to the Parthenon, to Midtown for dinner, Rotier's for a burger and to the bars at night. We were only 5 minutes by car to BB Kings, the Sommett Center, and the downtown convention center. Also close by is the famous Grimey's Records. Margot's in East Nashville is about a 10 minute drive. You will love this vacation rental!"
Your first floor one bedroom, one bathroom condo is on 18th Avenue South, between Chet Atkins and Grand Avenues!! In the heart of Music Row, you are across the street from GAC, Great American Country. The historic recording mecca, RCA Studio B is a stone's throw from your condo. Who doesn't love "Only the Lonely" by Roy Orbison, or "It's Now or Never" by Elvis Presley?
This vacation rental/ corporate residence has been totally updated with new carpet, countertops, paint, furnishings, and appliances. There is no more pedestrian friendly neighborhood in Nashville.
You are a two block walk from Vanderbilt, Peabody, and Starbucks. Your warm and comfortable condo is virtually in the heart of Nashville's music industry. This is where the music is made, from the songwriters to the engineers to the producers to the entire supporting cast.
Restaurants abound in all directions. The downtown honkey tonks and the convention center are about a mile away. This is a great location for Titans and Predators fans. And, if the Frist Fine Arts museum is your thing, you are just a 15 minute walk away.
If you are an avid walker, you are surrounded by 100 year old oaks and double wide sidewalks. Scarritt Bennett, the Methodist retreat center and former college campus, is your neighbor and is a fabulous place to savor whatever season Nashville is enjoying. The Upper Room is right around the corner. |
