An amazing vacation

This is our attempt at writing a short review of our amazing stay...we could go on for pages and pages! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. We honestly feel you are selling yourselves short...everything was MORE than expected. Some of our favorite things about the property weren't even highlights in the posting! The first thing we experienced as we opened our car doors was the wonderful aroma of the honeysuckle covering the gated yard. We spent as much time outside on the balcony as possible not only for the sunshine but for that smell! From the wonderful little pool area to the hand painted mural in the elevator our first impressions were amazing! The condo itself is just beautiful....homey and comfortable yet classic with its professional decor. The home is full of little amenities that were such pleasant surprises...from the extra blankets to the Seaview soaps to the beach chairs for us to use. The size of the condo itself was surprising...the video doesn't seem to convey the amount of room and light you'll have! We were so happy to sleep on some of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows we're ever experienced on vacation...including luxury resorts! Even though mother nature didn't cooperate with us, the beach was lovely and only 50 yards away. Saint Simon's Island is a gem...from the friendly people, to the restaurants, and the wonderful downtown area. We can't tell you how appreciative we were to be able to bring our English Bulldog, Mack. He LOVED the house, the beach, and the town! We've already decided we will be back...at least a week next time!

This condo was a wonderful place for our annual beach get away for three couples. It was fresh and clean, great proximity to the village and lovely decor. We loved the comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen. The walk to the beach was less than a minute and the village a 10 minute stroll. From the covered balcony, we enjoyed the nice views, ocean breezes and ships passing by. Definitely a great place to stay on St. Simon's Island!

Seaview is in the perfect location on St. Simons! We were within easy walking distance of the pier and town with many great restaurants and shops. The condo offered everything we could want or need and Peter was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again!

We had a great time, Seaview is wonderful for the kids and the dogs. Very close to everything shopping, fishing ,waterpark, Lighthouse. We walked just about everytime we left the condo. Very clean and As my Daughter(5yrs old) said "super cute" We love it and will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Seaview, specifically #303! It was a beautifully decorated condo and very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We will definitely return. After over 20 years of visiting St Simons, this was one of the best places we have stayed!

Great condo and awesome location. Even the beautiful photos and video don't do Seaview 303 justice. It is gorgeous-my whole family fell in love! Would definitely consider staying again.

We've stayed in several VRBO properties, but this is the first I've ever felt compelled to write a comment. Our stay at Seaview 303 was perfect and I'm certain that this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship!!! My husband and I are in love with the condo and have already booked our 2010 trip. Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking great care to offer a CLEAN and beautiful rental. I didn't even need my cleaning supplies that I always bring on vacation with me.

My family and another family spent a week at St Simons in Seaview 303. It was wonderful. It is a beautiful place. The view was wonderful and the condo is magnificent. We had a great time and will certainly stay there again.

We spent a week at Seaview 303 in May and had a wonderful time...hated to leave. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and has a very nice view. Only steps from the beach; blocks from downtown, the lighthouse, shopping, restaurants, and the pier; and a short drive to several historic sites, Seaview 303 was perfectly located and afforded our family a memorable vacation. We are already looking at plans to return.

We spent 4 weeks at Seaview 303 this spring and loved it. The condo was nicely decorated, very comfortable and very well equipped. The location was perfect, near both the beach and the village. The garage located beneath condo and was spacious and clean. My sisters and their husbands joined us for a while and we all enjoy sitting on the large porch where we read and watched the big ships go by. Hope we can come again. Thank you, Sue & Jack Stanley

Wow. I lived on St. Simons for five years and was lucky enough to go back for my "Bachelorette" celebration. We stayed in Seaview 303 and can't think of anything better. It was immaculately clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We had about 10 girls (women!) in and out all weekend and it was the perfect congregating spot. The balcony has great views of the ocean, which is really just a few steps away. The Hurts have done a wonderful job with this condo. They were right too: we really did want to live there after our vacation was over!!

We recently spent a relaxing week at 303 Seaview. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The living area is nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The table on the deck was perfect for playing cards in the evenings with an ocean view. We took the short walk to the village every day. We'll be back...just not soon enough!

We had wonderful stay at the Seaview condos on St. Simons. The accommodations and the amenities were all first rate. Very close to the beach and walking distance to the town. Nice surprise to have beach chairs handy, a very nice salt water pool and an elevator to get to the 3rd floor! We look forward to our next visit to St. Simons Island and the Seaview Condos.

We were extremely pleased with our choice. Seaview 303 is beautifully appointed with many extras. My husband and I felt a sense of peace when we walked in the door! Although we were not beachfront--we still felt like we were on the beach. We often sat on the deck, drank coffee and listened to the ocean. A short walk and we were on a beautiful beach of perfect sand. The St. Simon's village was a short walk--it is quaint and reminded me of "days gone by." Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay during the State Prosecutor's Conference held in Jekyll. The condo was not only a convenient drive to Jekyll, but also a short walk to local gems like Brogens, Barbara Jeans (great crab cakes), Crabdaddy's (excellent shrimp and grits), and the ocean (which was only a block away and visible from the balcony). It was also a great value; hard to find a 3 bedroom / 3 bath this nice for the price.

My wife and I recently spent almost a week at Seaview 303. We had a wonderful time. Excellent location to walk to the pier and all the shops that are near it. The condo was great. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Great furniture and the flatscreens TVs were a nice touch. Go to the local seafood market and cook up a nice shrimp or fish dinner. Enjoy it on the porch!

This was a surprise Mother's Day present, and it was well worth it. The condo's amenities are first class, and the entire complex is perfectly situated for a short or long stay. A great view of the beach, and just a short walk too. The downtown is easily accessible as well. We look forward to another stay.

The condo is terrific. The kitchen and bathrooms are high-end and impeccable. The furniture is new and comfortable. The balcony and view were great. The walk to shops and restaurants was short and perfect. I would recommend to anyone.

We loved the place!!. The condo is exactly like the pictures only better. The view from the covered patio is nice and relaxing. The "lighthouse" turning at night is a sight to see. We all loved watching it make it's round through the sky at night, especially the kids. If you love the look and feel of a "cottage" you will love this place. It's very clean and very comfortable, just like home. The distance to the beach and town was perfect.

We were the first guests to stay in this new, very clean, quiet and spacious condo. The furnishings are comfortable and above par for a rental. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen is well-equipped. The porch with its views of the ocean is a great place to relax. There is a big master closet and a very nice, large master bath. The condo is an easy walk into the village and we enjoyed walking in and getting a morning cup of coffee on a couple of days. A plus for us also was covered parking below the building. We were greeted by a bouquet of flowers and a bowl of fresh fruit and candies, so I think the owners really do want their guests to feel welcome. We will be returning later in the summer.

We enjoyed our visit to St. Simon's Island and loved staying at 303 Seaview. The 3 bedroom condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything that you need for a comfortable stay is provided. The kitchen is beautiful with the granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The view from the third floor is gorgeous. There is a partial view of the ocean even though Seaview is not located directly on the ocean front. We loved being close to the historic lighthouse and the quaint village on the Island. We had a wonderful vacation!!
