This was our first stay in a condo at PV and I am so glad we found this little gem. We stayed for two weeks in David and Paul's condo and we loved every minute of it. It was perfect for us because we were only minutes away from everything (the beach, restaurants, night life, markets, shopping) but yet we had total silence while sitting on our balcony at night watching the sun set with a beautiful ocean view. The bed was so comfortable and we never woke up to any noises which is important with a getaway for peace and quiet. The condo has been upgrated and is stunning with a full front wall window that slides to the side allowing a wonderful breeze to come in. It is equipped with modern kitchen utensils (and the all important wine glasses), two flat screen tv's, music system. There is a locked gate at the entrance below into the complex as well as on your own condo door so you feel very safe at night. In summary, there was nothing that we needed that we didn't have. David was exceptional with any questions we had prior to leaving and I would not hesitate to recommend his condo for future guests. He had everything organized for our arrival as scheduled. We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back!
Owner response:Thank you Mareka! You two were great guests and we are so happy you enjoyed the place. It is our little baby and we loved to share it with you. D & P

My wife and I stayed here for 10 weeks . The view from the balcony is fantastic , you can drink your morning coffee and watch the cruise ships pull into port or watch the dolphins playing in the bay. The condo itself is very well equipped with a flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen has all new appliances big and small , of which the blender received quite a work out making margarita's to be drunk on the balcony. The king size bed is comfortable and the bedroom has plenty of storage. The condo is quiet with no nite club or neighbor noises. The balcony needs a sun shade as the afternoon sun is quite strong but the owner said he will be purchasing one . David is very easy to work with and answers all e-mails quickly. The only thing that was challenging for us was the steps to the condo , but if you want a view you have to pay the price. We found the condo was well worth the money we payed to stay there. Thanks again David and Paul for sharing your home in PV with us.

"How Do I Love Thee Nido De Cisne ?" let us count the ways and not the steps to reach your nest. Is it the magnificent changing sea views from the balcony? Perhaps...Is it the beautiful blue and white tiles of the bathroom area...Maybe. Is it the well appointed amenities of your surroundings? Possibly. Is it the artwork adorning your walls? Could be. Is it the views from the rooftop...city and water and jungle intermixed forever in our minds? or is it all these things and more? Yes....this condo has it all...comfortable...well located and a vacation unforgettable. Thank you Suan and Lucio for sharing your beautiful casita ...we won't forget the month spent at your home.

This is the nicest place we have rented since we began visiting PV five years ago. The Romantica district is our first choice. Swan's Nest was very quiet, with a wonderful view of the sunset from the balcony. I was able to bring a wireless laptop and work from the comfort of the condo. The proximity to the beach and all of our favorite restaurants, including the heart of the old town is a huge benefit. This is the most comfortable place we have stayed in PV, bar none.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in December. It was wonderful and I wish we could have stayed longer as it was so relaxing. We spent evenings on the balcony having dinner and wine and enjoying the view The kitchen was well supplied with all the utensils needed to cook meals In fact, I have never stayed anywere which was supplied so well...even down to toothbrushes! The condo was cozy, clean, and quiet and had character. And the location was great...close to the beach and within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. Suan was wonderful...she called us to make sure we had everything we needed which I really appreciated. If you are not too fit and have trouble walking, you could have a problem walking up and down the stairs. We are seniors and managed nicely, and came away stronger for it. This was a great place!

I must say the condo was perfect, no complaints whatsoever. And Suan is the most hospitable proprietor I have ever dealt with. The condo is the perfect distance from the beach and has beautiful view of the mountains over PV. At night I watched the lightning flash over the water, as I was there during the rainy season. As I write this review, the weater is clearing for the beginning of the dry season and the air is a little cooler than in Sept. PV is such a place that will get in psyche and lure you in. I will be back again next year.

We enjoyed 10 days in Suan's lovely condo. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. Suan is very easy to deal with and helpful. We choose the Romatic Zone for its dramatic hills and views; Suan's apt. is just what we hoped for.

My husband & I stayed at Suan's condo for the month of Feb. We have previously rented in P.V. & found Suan to be a very considerate host. She checked to make sure all was well and we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her condo was a perfect place to relax & we felt right at home. Our favourite activity was gazing at the stars from the balcony at night. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all restaurants & the beach.
Owner response:These delightful guests requested to return for Feb 2011. Unfortunately I was already committed for those dates.

My partner and I have been to P.V. more times than I can count. With that being said, I have never stayed in a more comfortable or accessable place. It has everything a couple or single person could ask for. It true, it is in the heart of Gay Puerta Vallarta. the condo is near everything you can ask for. You really can't get any closer to Los Muertos Beach, you just have to walk down some steps, cross the cobblestone street and there it is, one of the largest and most beautiful gay beaches I've been to. The condo is as beautiful as the ad says. Actually when you walk onto the balcony, your breath is taken away from the view of the bay. Then you turn around and there is the Condo, so comfortable and so safe. It,s here where you realize that it's more than just a place to stay but it's a Lifestyle. One that the owner,Sung has put her own sense of beauty and comfort in. You can't help but fall in love with the place. You will also feel accepted and become friendly with the neighbors. We had the fortune of staying for a month Dec 19th to Jan 19th. We can only say that it was without a doubt a beautiful time in our lives. Nor can we say enough about the owner Sung. So gracious and personally as beautiful as her view of the bay from her balcony. Thank you Sung for letting your home be our's for the month......you'r wonderful.....what a beautiful gift we were given becauase of you and your home..... Chuck Seeley and Michael Cundy

My partner and I had the pleasure of spending 3 months in Suan's lovely home. We couldn't have been more satisfied. It was very clean and comfortable. The casa has a beautiful view of the ocean and it's location to all the town activity is great. We did not need to rent a car the whole time we were here. You can walk to the beach, fine restaurants, and clubs. The breeze off the ocean is always present, day & night. We did not even turn the AC on once. We would certainly recomend this condo to our friends.

Suan’s condo was a lovely affordable place to stay. You’re getting to borrow someone’s own comfortable and cozily furnished home. The porch/deck is a wonderful place to hang out, rest, and read on, to greet the morning and watch the sunset from, and look out over the city and the bay. The vibrant life and color of Puerto Vallarta are right outside to enjoy, but in the apartment, several flights up, you are safe and quiet.

What a quaint Casa in the heart of old town Puerto Vallarta. We had a great week and basked in the beautiful sun. The condo was great for three of us and Suan was a super host. The condo is half a block to the ocean and close to shops and many wonderful restaurants. The condo is well equipped and we had one wonderful supper cooked on the bbq while we dined on the lovely patio. Gracious Suan.

We lucked out getting this condo to rent. Our traveling party consisted of 5 co-workers (bartenders) who desperately needed to get away from it all--work, spouses, kids, and just home responsibilities in general. We had an excellent girls vacation! Suan's home is beautiful, and had everything that we needed and then some. We were very safe there--we never once closed those beautiful patio doors the whole time we were there. We would have never been able to get even a regular old run-of-the- mill boring hotel room with the standard two beds for the price we were charged. Staying at Suan's, we got to stay in a condo that is someone's home decorated like the true Mexican casa that it is. If you have ever vacationed in Vallarta, you understand how wonderful and rare that is. Thank you for your hospitality, Suan! I would recommend you to anyone, and can't wait to stay at your casa again. I think you need to hang a big sign up that says--"Mi Casa y Su Casa" because that's the kind of hospitality that you offer. Thanks Again! Jody M. Lien Moorhead, MN Jody Lien
