This spacious fully-equipped condo has a beautiful living and dining room as well as a large eat-in kitchen and screened lanai that looks out onto a lovely lake with fountain and waterfall.
There are TV’s in the living room, kitchen, and each bedroom. There is a HD large screen with DVD in the living room. DVD/Video system in the den. Desktop with hi-speed and wireless. The master has a king-size bed.
Just pack your clothes – because anything else you need is already here for you including the pool and beach equipment as well as bikes! Play tennis, basketball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, or just hang out by the gorgeous heated pool. We have Southwest Florida's largest, heated, swimming pool with full clubhouse and many other amenities all in a natural setting.
Falling Waters is a gated community that feels like a remote tropical island even though it’s just 20 minutes from Ft Myers airport and 10 minutes from Naples beach and downtown Naples. Your car is always near by in your own garage. When you’re ready to get out and about. Some of the best golf in Florida is just minutes away. Naples offers a year round haven for beachcombers, boaters, and sport fisherman alike. Janice, I've been meaning to write you since we got home but I've been super busy. I send you across the miles a big Thank You for allowing us to stay in your condo! What a treat it was for us to enter your spacious, immaculate and tastefully furnished unit and immediately feel right at home. Everything was really first rate! We enjoyed that we had a garage for our black rental car and found all sorts of beach goodies in the garage, which we made use of every day. Within an hour of our arrival, we were at the best beach in Naples with umbrellas, beach bags, sunscreen, chairs and towels all handy in the unit -- even boogie boards for the two "younger" ladies in our party. We made use of the Jenn-Air range on the lanai and really enjoyed the large flat-screen TV and the fact that there are TVs in each room. We dined on the lanai every day! The kitchen was perfectly equipped with nice cookware, utensils, and dishes; and we also appreciated the toiletries, laundry soap and dish soap already in the unit. The beds and even the futon were super comfortable. The large walk-in closet, with tons of storage, made it super easy for us to keep our things organized. My cousins also appreciated having the computer and I made use of the wireless with my laptop with ease. And don't even get me started about the common amenities -- that fabulous pool and tennis courts and beautiful grounds and the lake view with the fountain. Well, thanks again for your hospitality!
