All decks have locking gates which will protect your children or pets. This home is designed for comfort, convenience, relaxation and entertainment. Very open floor plan makes conversation and dining flow freely. The home has been recently painted inside and out.
Outside shower with hot water, beach chairs, beach cart, outside gas grill, charcoal grill and plenty of deck furniture which is perfect for beach living. Don't forget to bring your bicycles, fishing poles and plenty of CD's for the stereo system. Home has 5 televisions, 2 DVD players, 3 VCR's, wireless internet so you can stay connected, video library, book library and puzzles for the family.
Every effort has been made to insure that we are providing you with one of the nicest homes on Topsail Island for the money. We provide many things that more expensive homes would provide: (WIFI, digital cable, outdoor showers with Hot water, a fully stocked kitchen) We do take great pride in seeing the joy, happiness, peacefulness and bonding that takes place after families spend a week or two at Topsail Beach.
It is a beach that has managed to escape all of the crime, high rise structures, commercialization, drunken parties and “Attitudes” that have ruined many wonderful beaches in the past. Topsail Island has been called “Mayberry by the Sea”, but don’t let that laid back description concern you because there are many fine restaurants, shops and places to see on Topsail.
Historic Wilmington is less than 45 minutes away and is a great place to visit for a day trip if you get motivated enough to get off of the decks or beaches. Who knows??? Maybe you will get motivated but maybe you will succumb to all of natures power and not leave the Island for the week???
Topsail has the uncanny ability to engulf all of your senses with everything good in life.
