The Willow is in the Moody section of Wells on the Ogunquit line across the street from Jake's Breakfast & Seafood and it is a spacious house not a tight little cottage. The first floor has a large 20 x12 eat in kitchen, a 21x12 living/dining room with comfortable furniture & basic cable TV, a 14x12 den with a fold out sofa (that's good for kids) a 3/4 bath, an office and screened in porch. There are two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. There is parking for four cars and the back yard is private and fenced in with a patio and outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a 300 year old weeping willow tree that drapes over a portion of the yard and gave the house its name. The Willow is centrally located to dining, shopping, golfing, hiking, fishing, The Ogunquit Playhouse, museums, movie theaters, antiquing and the beach which is approxiamately 9/10 of a mile walk, drive, bike ride or take the Ogunquit or Wells Trolley which stops two doors away and will take you from the Perkins Cove to Kennebunkport!

Why the Owner Chose Moody Beach:
The Willow was named after the magnificant 350 year old Weeping Willow tree that drapes over a portion of the back yard. The Willow is conviently located to everything! Ogunquit Village is a mile down the road and the Ogunquit /Wells Trolley stop is two doors from the house. It's close to York, Kittery, Wells, Kennebunk and only 30 miles to Portland and 30 minutes to Portsmouth NH. The house has wonderful hard wood floors and wide pine floors through out and all of the rooms are a comfortable size and they all have plenty of windows to let the fresh air and light in. The back yard is private with a nice patio to enjoy along with a large driveway with parking for five cars so guests can visit. The beaches are 9/10 of a mile away and the restaurants and shopping start next door and go for miles! Convient location and being comfortable are the top two reasons why we bought the house but curb appeal and the coziness feel are right up there also!
