Our condo is very well equipped to make your vacation completely enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you could possible need including filtered water and an ice maker in the refrigerator, Cuisinart coffee maker, and pretty blue and white dishes. We try to put the best of everything in our condo to make our guests as comfortable as possible so that there is nothing to think about except having a great vacation.
A recent renovation has produced a spectacular condo with a Mediterrean feel. Gorgeous Italian tile throughout, a Tuscan master bath with soaking tub and double sized glass enclosed shower. The beds are especially comfortable with Pottery Barn and Waverly custom linens. After a day of relaxing, the grills are waiting for you to barbecue a steak or fish fillet, then enjoy a glass of wine on the lanai while watching the sun set over the gulf. WiFi throughout the condo and the complex lets you check your e-mail at any time. There are TV's in the living room and bedrooms as well as DVD players.
Our condo is furnished with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, games, puzzles, DVDs, and a whole shelf of books. There are even beach towels, so you don't have to pack them. Just bring yourselves and your bathing suit and enjoy!

The pictures and description of the condo are accurate. The bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The condo is very well kept. Being the condo is on the first floor, it is extremely convenient to walk out the patio to the barbeque grills to cook your evening meal. The property is extremely well kept and the beach is very well maintained in front of Point Santo. The shelling is excellent and I don't think there is a bad restaurant on the island. There are two grocery stores and both of them are a good choice. Some things I liked better at Jerry's then at Bailey's and vice versa. The biking, running and walking on the trails are great fun! You definitely won't be disappointed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This unit has everything you need for a great vacation, and is in the best complex on Sanibel. The ground floor location makes everything accessible as an easy walk out to the pool and the beach, and the view from the lanai is very nice. Our Thanksgiving dinner were steaks done on one of the conveniently located grills. We would definitely return to this complex and this unit. The unit was very clean, in good shape and fully equipped with everything you need, in the kitchen and for the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
