This beautiful, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor condo overlooks a lake and the Audubon designed nature preserve with boardwalk leading to the Town Center. All you need to do is pack your clothes – everything else you need is already here. Pelican Preserve offers an exceptional variety of amenities and activities: 38 acre nature board walk, movie theater, Town Center with restaurants, fitness center with indoor lap pool and running track, outdoor pool with poolside dining available, spa services, cyber-café, billiards, tennis, golf, woodworking area, arts and crafts room with classes and so much more.

If you decide to leave the complex, you are 5 minutes away from Gulf Coast Mall with great shopping and dining. Only a few minutes more and you are in Fort Myers or at the beach.
