The nearby downtown is beautiful and quaint, with nice bookstores, restaurants, and beautiful boardwalk with a wonderful town square with wholesome entertainment in the evening. At night Sea Colony has a bon fire on the private ocean beach and children can toast marshmallows and make smores while experiencing the breeze off the ocean and sound of surf.
A beautiful national park is to the north and elite Fenwick Island is to the south. Beyond the national park is Dewey Beach/Rehobeth which provides night life that is a little less family oriented, and below the Fenwick Island is Ocean City MD that provides night life for any and every taste.
The property is a free standing, new, 3 story beach house with loads of windows, dramatic ceilings and openness. 1400 square feet of decking wraps around the house on all three stories and is platinum rated. 2 car garage and two car parking immediately in front of garage, plus additional parking on street and next door lot.
