Bethany Beach is called the "Quiet Resort" and is very family friendly. Our home is located in the quiet community of Ocean Farm, just two miles from Bethany Beach boardwalk, beaches, restaurants and terrific shopping. The house is located at the end of a dead end street with no thru-traffic. Very kid friendly.
This new single family home was built in 2005 and has plenty of comfortable living space. Everything in the house is brand new. It comes completely furnished with a well stocked kitchen for your goumet cooking. The house has everything you need to make your vacation complete. This home has plenty of parking with a two car garage and wide driveway. Also, parking is allowed on the street. There is a covered front porch with furniture to relax on. There is also a spacious rear deck for your outdoor enjoyment with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. The community pool is right around the corner and is very quiet and relaxing.
The first floor includes: living room with TV and DVD/VCR player with digital cable. There is a daybed in the den area. A beautiful and bright sun room which is very cozy. A full kitchen with plenty of room for you cooking needs. First floor Master bedroom suite with a full bathroom. A laundry room, and a powder room (1/2 bath). The second floor has two bedrooms with a full bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs with DVD player. We now offer high speed internet connection.
Bethany has beautiful beaches with many restaurants, and terrific shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Rehobeth Beach. Ocean City and Rehobeth Beach are 20 minutes down the road. Right down the street (1/2 mile) there is the Assawoman Canal and Wildlife Refuge for fishing, crabbing and boating. Small boats, kayaks and canoes have easy assess to launching at the canal. Four adult bikes are provided for your use.

Thank you for letting us stay at your house! What a lovely home this is. Everything was very clean and tidy, very airy, welcoming and short distance to the beach. The community is pretty and quiet, I would love to own a home here. The owners are such nice people and very pleasant to deal with, it was so painless to do the paperwork and all. Please keep me on your rental list and I will be sure to come back. We had an amazing time and everyone LOVED the house. We stayed the week of Hurricane Irene and still had a blast!! -- From Missy J. I was at this beautiful property in June, and I'm still thinking about it in September! The house had everything that one would need. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, as we prepared most of our meals. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was quiet, and only a short drive or bike ride away from beaches and stores. Thank you!

Karen-- We had a wonderful time in your beautiful home! There was lots of space for the kids and they really enjoyed the pool which was indeed, a short walk around the corner! The beach chairs and umbrellas certainly came in handy for our afternoons on the beach. My older son was happy to have the cul-de-sac to race around (safely!) on his roller blades.The place was clean and inviting upon our arrival Thank you for making our week in Bethany a pleasant and memorable one! We look forward to staying in the future!!.
