Really Enjoyed the stay over Thanksgiving

Very comfortable, nice decor, good location and easy access. My wife and our two adult daughters stayed here over Thanksgiving week and had a great time. Only a few mins from the plaza and some great restaurants. Definitely would recommend it.

Owner response:The restaurants in Santa Fe are excellent and there are probably as many as there are galleries--hundreds--but for those who love to cook (and save money), we just put in an all new tiled kitchen (and bathroom) counters and added specialty cooking items. At the end of January 2012, we're refurbishing all the woodwork, replacing the faucets, and upgrading other areas of the condo. We like to welcome our returning guests and surprise them with our changes.

This was a great place, just as described on the website. Location very convenient to most of Sante Fe. Property was very clean, and Scott (property manager) was readily available and very friendly. We really enjoyed the Canyon Rd. art district...great tea house on Canyon Rd.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was exactly as described. The decor is just charming and never lets you forget you are in the southwest. It was neat and clean. The digital lock made trying to keep track of a key unnecessary. There is an elevator for those of us who don't do stairs too well at that elevation. Although not in walking distance of the Plaza, it was an easy drive to get there. There is a shopping center with a good grocery store very near. The view out of the balcony in the morning is just gorgeous. I really appreciated the free WIFI, so I could let my friends know what we were doing on Facebook. Most of all the customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you Scott! I have already recommended to it to someone.

Oklahoma girls go to Indian Market

We stayed here on our first trip to Indian Market. It was so easy to get to and everything was close. We had breakfast on the patio and in the evenings watched the mountains and downtown light up. Everything we needed was right there. There was information inside that helped us decide where to eat and go. Would stay there again on any return trip.

Southwest Spirit

In addition to a well maintained unit in a good geographic relationship to the city, this property set the mood for the start of our trip to the Southwest. The decor is artistic and tasteful and helped set the stage for our siteseeing adventures. The owners were helpful before and during our stay, with suggestions for amenities (the local supermarket was a big help!). They left a wide variety of brochures in the livingroom with detail of local activities. They were also accessible by cell phone on the weekend. Last, but not least, the small washer/dryer is a huge help for any family trying to cut down on vacation packing. Our one problem was the rickety pull out livingroom sleep sofa, which probably needs repair or replacement. Not withstanding, I'd happily return to this property.

A Great Place

My wife and I used the condo as a base for exploring Santa Fe and the surrounding countryisde. The condo was wonderfully decorated, clean and well-stocked with all the gear (kitchen utensils and appliances, TV, laundry, etc) which helped make a great vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

Great base to explore Santa Fe

We had a wonderful experience exploring Santa Fe and environs while staying at this condo. It was clean and comfortable,and decorated with a lot of special touches. I loved the view from the lanai. The owers were very helpful in suggesting places to go and restaurants to try(Gabriels, Tomasitos, Jinja) for instance). It was a quiet place, at least at this time of year. We had our dog with us, and it was easy to find some places to take her for a walk. Since we're not big walkers (the condo is about a mile from the main plaza, we drove into the center of the city and then walked around to various places(free parking is rare). Santa Fe is truly an enchanting city. We loved the museums (just note that Mondays many are closed), the galleries, the ambiance of the place. It's been 18 years since we have visited, but we plan to make it back much sooner next time.

My husband and I spent a week in Santa Fe and loved it mostly because of this neat condo! It was a great location and a wonderful view from the balcony! Quiet end condo. The kitchen had everything we needed even a coffee bean grinder! The intranet was accessable and easy to hook up to.. I liked the restaurant suggestions provided . The place was clean and inviting! We would recommend this condo and plan to come again..

Very nice condo for the price. Comfortable, clean, and close to everything. Street noise (cars and trucks) make use of patio problamatic. Will come again but likely in winter.

We had a great week in the condo. Our arrival was smooth and the loation was perfect with easy access to the Plaza. During the daytime we visited the art galleries and museums, plus the Spanish Market, and we even threwin a hike up in Taos. Evening time we would play gmes at the condo, sometimes out on the balcony with the wonderful mountain views. The setup worked wonderful for a family of 4 with 2 teen-age daughters.

My wife and I just stayed in this beautiful condo for a full week (June 14th through June 20th). The experience was fantastic for us. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We felt completely at home. Mr. and Mrs. Oury were great hosts and provided us with a lot of information regarding places to go, activities, and restaurants. I rented this unit for 4 days but left after 3 because I ran out of things to do that interested me. Santa Fe is not a very large city. The unit was clean and had all of the amenities including WiFi that worked. What didn't work was the remote TV controls. When informing the owner of this, he told me to go buy batteries. I didn't because I wasn't convinced that was the problem. Even if the remote worked in the master bedroom, the reception was so poor that it was unviewable. Although I didn't come there to watch TV, one does like to check it for news and sports periodically. So, because of that inconvenience I was disappointed.

Owner response:Santa Fe is a large town, but with world class opera, restaurants, entertainment, and museums--enough to keep an interested vacationer busy for a month. I offered to buy batteries and solve the remote problem; guest said he could get them. We are on hand any 20 minutes to help, as our guest comments show. Reception is fine, on cable.

Santa Fe Getaway

My husband and I rented this place for 5 days and it was perfect. Location was GREAT. Close enough to walk to downtown if you wanted, but not to close if you know what I mean. Was also close to highway we used to golf adventures. We had a great time and would stay there again if traveling back to Santa Fe.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

I stayed here with my 2 girlfriends for our annual getaway. It was the perfect location and very comfortable for the 3 of us. Centrally located to shopping and sightseeing. The owners were very helpful in making suggestions for things to see and do in Santa Fe. I have recommended this condo to other friends who are planning a trip to Santa Fe.

My finance and I were on our way home from North Carolina and wanted to spend a few days in New Mexico. The Oury's were so gracious in their hospitality. Firewood... coffee (grin)... and coffee bean grinder.. The condo is wonderful! Great location and views!! All the comforts of home with a awesome southwestern appeal. Scott recommended Gabriel's for lunch or dinner, it was GREAT, worth the short drive!! We will definitely be back.

This was a fabulous place to stay during our trip to Santa Fe! The furnishings and decor were very welcoming and cozy, the location close to all the must-see places, and the views were better than most you can find there. The owners have thought of every little thing you might need for comfort. I highly recommend renting this space. We plan to on our next trip to Santa Fe!

My family rented this condo for our spring break in 2008. The condo was perfect in every sense, from the distance to town square and all the other activities we did while in NM. The owners were great to work with and everything that was promised was delivered. We had a fantastic time!

We had a fabulous stay at this condo - it has an awesome view of the mountains and is close to the plaza area - very accessible and very warm and inviting. Would stay here again and recommend it highly!
