This is a newly released luxurious and convenient three bedroom (sleeps 6 to 8) Condominium perfect for skiing in the winter and enjoying the summer in the famous Park City area. Located at the base of Utah Olympic Park and only 2 miles from the Canyons Ski Resort (Awesome!), 5 miles from the Park City Resort and 7 miles from Deer Valley (Super!). Snow bird and Alta skiing are only 45 minutes away.
The new Red Rock Plaza is 1/4 mile away with numerous new restaurants/bars, a Whole Foods Organic Store (Great!), Starbucks, shopping, many shops, a new movie theater, a huge workout club and more.
The Condo unit is conveniently located on the first floor for easy in/out access with a heated lower garage and elevator/staircase acess. A privately secured locker is available in the garage for skis and accessories to avoid having to carry your skis and equipment unnecessarily.
The Condo unit is brand new with 3 Bedrooms and with all the modern features including high speed wireless internet access and flat TV-DVD, gas fireplace, full kitchen with a full array of appliances/dishes/cookware, a private master bedroom with a private shower-bath and second full bath. Two bedrooms have a Queen Sized Bed and the third bedroom has Two Twin Beds with Top-Of-The Line mattresses for comfort (Awesome!). A sofa in the living room also opens up to a queen sized bed.
$500 Refundable security required. 50% due at time of booking.

We had a great stay, condo is very comfortable, shopping is close and it was so nice to be able to prepare our own meals. Nice central location close to the olympic park and park city resort/historic old town is only about 10 min away. We all slept great and had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Had a little trouble finding it in the dark but everything else perfect. Great accomodations and excellent location with quick access to park city, canyons and deer valley as well as restaurants and shopping. Place was clean and well maintained. Loved having the covered parking. Would definately recommend it to others.

This unit is exactly what a family or group needs for a fun visit in Park City. The common areas and three nicely sized bedrooms are extremely comfortable, and the furnishings & kitchen appliances have been perfectly chosen so guests have everything possible at their fingertips. The complex has terrific amenities (pool, multiple spas, exercise room, basketball court, easy access to Park City's trail system) and is in a great location -- shops, restaurants, Canyons, and Park City bus access are all just a few minutes away.
