Photo 1 - Travel to Sun City West You will be the first occupants to rent this La Quinta villa at Corte Bella. The furniture and appliances are brand new and you will vacation in comfort and luxury. The house has a north/south exposure, and comes with an eat-in kitchen which leads out to the rear patio for relaxing or barbecuing. The master bedroom is in the rear of the house and is huge, as is the master bathroom which comes with a large stall shower, and two sinks. There is a large walk-in closet with light off of the bathroom. The second bedroom has its own bathroom complete with a tub/shower combination. The house is centrally located in the community and is within walking distance to the Clubhouse. Corte Bella is beautifully landscaped and along with its Spanish architectural accent, is a very relaxing place to spend a vacation. It is also quiet and is not too large as other places in Sun City West, Sun City or Surprise. Friends can be made easily at Corte Bella because of its manageable size. You will have the added security of knowing that it is a gated community. The amenities are fantastic, including an 18 hole golf course (managed by Loon), many outdoor all weather tennis courts, a resort style combination lap and lounge outdoor pool, gym with various fitness machines, a women's and men's spa, complete with indoor hot tub. Each spa has a decorated sitting area which is a nice place to relax after a workout, dip into the hot tub, or a set of tennis. There are many things to do while at Corte Bella. There is an active clubhouse with various groups, and activities. There are card groups, book clubs, and arts and crafts clubs. You can also watch baseball spring training, or attend a football game in the new Arizona Cardinals Stadium. Corte Bella is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and points of interest. Nearby shopping at Bell and Grand has every major store including a Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Lowes, and Home Depot. There are many restaurants nearby including Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Applebees, I HOP, and Village Inn, to mention a few. Within a short drive you will find Arowhead Mall with many famous restaurants like PF Chang's, Texas Road-house, Elephant Grill, and Cheesecake Factory. At the old Sundome in Sun City West there are buses leaving daily for gaming resorts in Laughlin, Nevada and gaming resorts in Arizona. If you are a hiker you will find trails at the White Tank Mountains State Park off of Olive Ave, and a short drive from Corte Bella. Finally if you enjoy boating, you will find it at Lake Pleasant north of Corte Bella.
