Because of the unique floor plan this condo can be reserved as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with 2 kitchens that will sleep 8 or as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 6. We sometimes have the 1 bedroom efficiency available also during the off seasons. There are views to die for throughout the condo. The vast expanse of emerald blue water and pristine white sand that surrounds you when you enter the condo will be one of your favorite memories when you vacation with us....but we promise you will create many wonderful memories while vacationing with us! Unit 1301 is located on the east end of the Caribbean Resort complex and is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit that has the terrific floor plan with an efficiency lockout that makes the third bedroom. It can be rented as a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit that sleeps 8, a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that sleeps 6 or a 1 bedroom efficiency that sleeps 2. Usually summer rental is for the unit as the 3 bedroom, 3 bath combination. Our resort guests are enjoying its new pool and two hot tubs. The area around our pools allows you to enjoy them either in or out of the sun and weather. The covered cabana area is perfect when you have had enough sun!

Unit 1301 was professionally decorated and is a Platinum level unit in its furnishings and appointments. There are sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining area, master bedroom and the lockout bedroom. Master suite-King bed, walk-in closet, private bath, huge jetted tub. The area around our pool and hot tubs is very unusual. You can enjoy the pool and hot tubs sitting in the sun or out of the sun because of the covered cabana area.
