Wake up and walk to the base of the mountain to catch the first chair on the Peru high speed quad lift just a short walk away. When it's time for apres ski or dinner the river run village, with a variety of dining offerings, is less than 1/2 mile away. Keystone's most popular night spots are also within a mile's distance. There are also connections in Keystone for free transportation around Summit County on the Summit Stage.

Recent renovations to the unit include: All New Floors (tile & carpet), new ceiling, New lighting fixtures, new bathroom fixtures, vanity, sink & cabinet, new kitchen appliances, new counter tops, new interior doors and a new queen bed in the bedroom. New queen sleeper sofa.

It is a fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with vaulted ceiling. The Kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in for dinner. We have a spacious breakfast bar with 3 seats and a dinette set with seating for 2 more people during dinner.

The club house has a coin operated washer and dryer, heated indoor pool, sauna, outdoor hot tub, ice machine and soda machine and is located directly next to our building. There is locked ski and snowboard storage located on the ground floor adjacent to the covered parking.

  • The condo was great for a small family like ours. It was very well kept and clean, and the location was great. Our son loved the clubhouse with pool and hot tub, as well as the 'hideout' loft located in the bedroom. The Kimballs were very pleasant to work with and were very helpful. Whenever we come back to Keystone, this condo will definitely be at the top of our list.

  • We were extremenly happy with the condo. Not only was it clean and cozy, it was well maintained and modern. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance to the lodge and lifts. If we were ever to return to Keystone, we would most definitely make this condo our first choice.

  • This was the nicest condo we have been in since we started renting condo's about 8 yrs ago. We liked the ability to cut off Schoolmarm run and ski right down to the condo. The short walk to the lifts was a must also. We will be back.
