LESS STRESS, MORE TIME FOR YOU
Key Condo's location will cause less stress, and free up more time and maybe more money for you. We are located just outside the mountain house base area, next to the close in skier parking. You can eliminate the time needed traveling to and from the mountain, the expense of pay parking and the stress of wondering whether you have everything you need for the day. After breakfast, simply get your gear and cross the street to the base of the mountain to catch the first chair on the Peru high speed quad lift just a short walk away. At lunch time you can avoid the crowded skier cafeterias and the on-mountain dining food prices by skiing back to the condo. Kick off your boots and warm up with a quiet meal (and maybe a catnap) next to the gas fireplace before heading back out on the hill for the afternoon.
APRES SKI
Key Condo is centrally located between the two best options for après ski in Keystone. Step out the door and head west a few hundred yards and you will find yourself in the Mountain House base area, home to the lively happenings of the Last Lift Bar. If you are looking for more of the “ski village” feel, then travel less than ½ a mile east to the River Run base area. River Run is home to many restaurants offering a range of menu and dining experience options. There are also a variety of shops offering skier services, equipment, memorabilia and gifts.
DINNER and NIGHT LIFE
If you choose to eat in, our condo’s kitchen is fully equipped for you to create your favorite meal just the way you like. If heading out for the night, you will find that Keystone's most popular night spots are also within a mile's distance. Along with all the dining options of River Run, you will find the Ski Tip Lodge, Snake River Saloon, The Goat and Summit Seafood less than a mile away.
RECENTLY RENOVATED
Key Condo is also one of the original condominium complexes in Keystone. This trip is important to you, so before you finalize your lodging decisions anywhere else for your ski trip, be sure to check that it has the updates and amenities your require. When we purchased this condo two years ago we renovated the entire unit. The renovations include: all new floors (tile & carpet), new ceiling, new lighting fixtures, new bathroom fixtures, vanity, sink & cabinet, new kitchen appliances, new counter tops, new interior doors and a new queen bed in the bedroom. Last year we added a new queen sleeper sofa. We think it is very cozy and comfortable. Please view our previous guests’ comments to see their opinions.
DESCRIPTION
The condo is a fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with vaulted ceiling. We have a spacious breakfast bar with 3 seats and a dinette set with seating for 2 more people during dinner. All appliances in the kitchen are full size. We have a Sony TV and DVD player with a small collection of movies for viewing. There is covered parking as well as a skier storage closet below the building. If you are in need of internet access, we have free WiFi in the unit.
THE CLUB HOUSE
Just outside our unit you will find the Key Condo club house. The club house has coin operated washer and dryers, a heated indoor pool, a sauna, a brand new large outdoor hot tub, an ice machine and vending machines .

My wife and I truly enjoy the Colorado mountains and want our children to always be able to experience them the way that we have. Although we are currently lucky enough to live here, we know that our careers may lead us to other destinations. When we saw the opportunity to be able to always have a place to call home in Colorado, we took it!
