This townhome is barely 1/2 mile to the base of the mountain, and is privately nestled at the end of Hickory Drive with a private deck and views of the mountain. A perfect place to enjoy year round fun. From the 22 water-slides at Camel Beach in the summer to the 33 trails and 13 lifts with 100% snow-making at Camelback ski area in the winter to the red and gold of the fall foliage season to the wonderful 110 outlet stores at the crossings only a mile away. It's all there for everyone. Shop, swim, ski, snow board, snow tube, snowmobile, hike, canoe, or just relax on the couch in front of the fire watching your favorite movie.
This townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is sleeping for 9 including 1 Queen bed, 3 full size beds, and one long sofa. A great gathering room with soaring vaulted ceilings with skylights and a wood burning fireplace including an adjacent dining area that seats 6 and a newly updated kitchen all of which overlooks a 42" Hi-Def television mounted on the wall. A perfect room for watching movies, football games, and entertaining. The TV is equipped with a Blue Ray Player to view all movies in Hi-Definition! Wireless internet allows internet access in all rooms! There is a sliding glass door that leads to the private deck that includes a Weber gas grill.
Bedroom number three is equiped with a television and DVD player so that there is a separate space for the kids to play and watch movies as well. Come enjoy the Pocono mountains, Camelbeach Waterpark, hiking, mountian biking, skiing and snowboading, shopping at the Crossings outlets, and the Mt. Airy Casino is 10 minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Tannersville
I have visited many areas within the Poconos and kept returning to Camelback area. The ski mountain is one of the best of the region. The local amenities make visiting this area easy. It is readily accessible from interstate 80 only 2.5 miles; so even the worst winter storm won't keep you from getting there! The more time I spent I realized that year round this was the place to be.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We take advantage of everything in the area: Camelback Mountian, Camelbeach Waterpark, hiking, kayaking, white water rafting, mountain biking, the community pool, etc. The setting of our place is very secluded and peacful. We enjoy just staying in with a glass of wine near the fireplace, watching a movie with the deer walking past our windows. It is our own little retreat and we share it with our renters.
Everything you need for food or drinks! CVS drug store is in their parking lot!

I have been a skier since grade school and have very fond memories of staying near the ski slopes with my family and other families. I remember the parents having their fun while the kids watched movies and talked about their ski conquests that day. I always envisioned a place for my own children to have their own memories. So in 2007 we bought our home and made it as welcoming as we could; and when we leave our place and our little girls look at us and say "We don't want to go home", we smile and plan our next trip back to our place.
