The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Great proximity to the water. Our unit is directly on the gulf and just steps down to the beach. We can come and go to the beach easily or enjoy it from our lanai. We are boaters and our complex has an excellent dock facility directly on the bay. The pool facility is also one of the best in the area.
