  • The unit location is ideal for access to the beach, afternoon shade if wanted and watching sunsets over the ocean. No shortage of shells and sharks teeth on the beach for collectors. Great seafood restaurants within a few minutes drive. The Owner is very responsive and helpful. A great winter getaway.

  • Super vacation. Well kept complex, nice condo. Problem free rental. One of the best kept secret vacation spots on the Gulf. We saw dolphins daily, got to witness and turtle nest excavation by the Turtle Patrol and found one live turtle. The kids got to follow it to the water! We even swam with three mantees in the Gulf-a super rare occurence according to the locals. We had a great time!

  • This condo is great. You will not believe how close the beach is. The complex also has a wonderful pool just over the road. The owner is very helpful and the price is right. What more could you ask for?

  • we had three great weeks in that condo in june 08.you can really find no better spot to enjoy the beach, the shells, wonderful warm water and amazing sunsets. Everything you need, is there, booking was a snap, who could ask for more. Thank a lot for having us.

  • This condo is absolutely amazing! It is just as described, if not even better. You couldn't find a better spot right on the beach. The rental went very smooth, no glitches. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an incredible ocean view spot. We didn't want to come home.
