VILLA DI PILE is a beautiful 400 sq. mt. antique home in the heart of the Chianti area with a lovely 7000 sq. mt. garden and a private heated swimming pool with cascading overflow, 6 km from Greve, 540 mt above sea level, surrounded by century old magnificent oak trees with a breathtaking view over the Tuscan hills.
It is a unique place for an exclusive and comfortable holiday where you will enjoy FULL SERVICE, INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, performed by English speaking personnel.
You will choose your meals from a varied menu of local food, cooked for you and served at the table.
All food shopping will be done for you.
The two floor house has large rooms with high ceilings and is furnished with a mixture of antique Italian renaissance and modern furniture.
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance, large living room, library, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, service entrance.
FIRST FLOOR: large living room, one suite with bedroom, dressing room and bathroom, two bedrooms, two bathrooms.
GARDEN: 7000 sq, meters of lawns located in front of the house, automatically watered at night
SWIMMING POOL: the pool with cascading overflow, (6 mt x 12 mt 1.20/2.40 mt), solar heated, is open from mid-May till end of September and the surrounding area is equipped with hot and cold water shower, sun umbrella, deckchairs, chairs and table.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: 1 person eight hours a day, six days a week, cleaning, cooking and serving one meal a day plus breakfast and an additional person for four hours a day. Bedrooms and bathrooms linen, swimming towels changed weekly. Electricity, water and gas for cooking.
No service on Sundays.
Personal laundry can be arranged upon request at extra cost. Central heating, if and when needed, will be charged separately, according to consumption.
The owners, Count and Countess Tibaldi, will be present at your arrival to welcome you and show you the property. They live in a separate building close to the villa and will help you, if you so wish, in organising chauffeur driven cars, museum visits, restaurant bookings, guides.
