Sandestin is a one of a kind family resort. Complete with the Gulf on one side and the bay on the other. With restaurants, fishing, swimming, 25 tennis courts, (clay, grass, and hard surface) 10 miles of biking, 150 slip marina, and family entertainment. We love the conservative area of the Florida Panhandle. The landscaping is first class and the entire resort is gated and guarded 24/7.

No need to leave the resort the entire stay. The biking and tennis, as well as the blue gulf water, and snow powder quartz beach, are just spectacular.

Our family had visited Destin on several occasions before staying in this unit. After our stay in Beachwalk we have never booked another location in Destin. The unit is perfectly planned with plenty of room for our family plus 2 Corgis. The proximity to the pool, restaurants and beach made it an easy for us to walk to most things. Perfect way to relax and enjoy!

This Villa was great for my family of 4 and 2 parents. Close to beach, Wharf, Starbucks, Local Sportsbar, and pool. Very productive fishing in the lake. Lots of wildlife for my two little boys to enjoy. Plenty of nice spots to eat in the area. The one concern was the two little guys in the loft. We were a little uncomfortable with the open window that looks into the foyer. A couple times their curiosity had them leaning over the edge. Otherwise this is a very child friendly place to stay. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend. One more thing - the storage closet full of gear for the beach, fishing, pool, and bikes is wonderful.

My family had the opportunity to spend the week of Thanksgiving here. We had a wonderful time. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. The heated swimming pool is just a few feet away from the condo. The beach is within walking distance from the condo. It is also easily accessible by bike or car. The lake near the patio and the dock at Baytowne Wharf provided many opportunities for putting the fishing poles and net to good use. We caught fish from the lake, and catfish and crab from the dock. The children were able to put the bikes to good use. They enjoyed riding to the nearby basketball courts each day and exploring the resort on the bike trails. WIFI access in the condo made it easy to access the internet on our laptops and cell phones. The resort was conveniently located near the Silver Sands Outlet. Black Friday specials started at 9:00 PM on Thanksgiving Day at Silver Sands. Winn Dixie, Publix, and Wal Mart were also conveniently located near the resort, along with many different eateries. The condo truly became a "Home away from home." We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Had a great time at your townhome and loved the convenience to Starbucks. Was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with needed items and Publix was close enough to pick up anything we needed. Wish we could have used the tram system to get to the Village as too far for us older generation to bike. We did enjoy the use of the bikes and we took our grandchildrens bikes for the little ones to enjoy in the nonbusy street in front of townhome. The pool was great in Beachwalk area, but grandchildren were disappointed they could not use the big pool at the beach, but plenty of sandcastles and memories were made in the beautiful sand. We will definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay.
Owner response:New Sandestin Resort owners promised to change the tram policy to make available to all guests on property. Until changed, only guests staying at the Sandestin Hilton and guests renting directly from Sandestin Resort have access to tram. We vacation in Destin every year. We have stayed in Sandestin but not in this property. We were there for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute! Being able to bring our pets made us even happier!!! The pool is in the parking lot and we were close to everything. It is a very well maintained property and will stay there again.

Our family rented this condo last year and had such a great experience, that we decided to rent it again this year...and had another great vacation!! The condo is very comfortable, roomy, clean, and has all of the amenities of home...a great "home away from home"! We loved the close proximity to the pool, the lovely landscaping at the condo and the pool, the lake behind the unit (great for fishing!), and the bikes! We loved the bikes!! They were used every day...sometimes for a quick ride to the beach and a lot of times just exploring Sandestin. There's so much to do and see in Sandestin and the bikes were absolutely wonderful!! Thanks for helping make our vacation great!!

Thanks for a great few days in your lovely condo---the setting is really lovely and we enjoyed the chance to visit with our Tyndall Air Force Based son in such nice relaxing surroundings! We had never visited Sandestin Resort before, but we will certainly be back. Best of luck with the Snowbird season and we hope to visit again.

Our stay in your home was perfectly wonderful. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated and extremely clean and well kept. The location is excellant . Right on the lake, steps from the pool and only a short walk to the shops and the beach. We will certainly come again and will recommend to our friends.

Everything was very well organized and we really appreciated the number of beach chairs that were available for our use. The bikes were great bonus too. The townhome itself was a perfect fit for my family. The transaction with the homeowner went very smoothly. Beach is very crowded during the summer but we had perfect weather and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family just got back from a fabulous 7 night stay at this condo in SanDestin. After numerous trips to SanDestin, this condo was at the top of our list of favorites. The accomodations were superb; housekeeping was immaculate and the pond out back was a huge hit with the kids! We also loved being able to easily walk to the beach, be at the pool in 30 seconds or run to Starbucks or Beef O'Bradys in our backyard. Thanks for a WONDERFUL stay! We will most definitely be back!
