  I recommend this lovely place for all the couples that want to enjoy a romantic vacation close to the beach. It has all the necessary items to have fun, a beautiful view and close restaurants either by walk or driving. Very secure and for those with a car, close to nice places as Fajardo to see the glowing water (Laguna Grande), El Yunke (National Forest) for those who loves hiking. In overall, don't miss the chance to enjoy a nice vacation at this place. Lovely owners too... Thank you for everything guys!!!

  This condo was great! We had a relaxing vacation. The only down side was that the lobby was under construction during our stay so we woke up every day at 7 am to the noise. The view was breath taking! Nilsa is very helpful, I would recommend this condo! Recommend the public transportation to the old San Juan it is .75 cents (exact change required). The restaurant La Playita was nice but very very overpriced. We had two drinks, one appetizer, one entrée and our bill was $100.00 dollars!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week and IT WAS PERFECT!!! The location couldn't have been better. Isla Verde is definitely the beach to stay at in San Juan (we even took a day trip to Condado to see if the beach was better and it was terrible compared to Isla Verde). The condo is located absolutely perfectly between both Isla Verde beaches with easy access to either. The pictures don't even do it justice for how amazing the view is. The condo itself is meticulously decorated with a chic and modern feel - it was SO much nicer than any hotel I've ever stayed in. There restaurants of all types in close walking distance: everything from the Ritz Carleton's BLT Steakhouse to inexpensive dining on the beach at sunset. To top it all off - Nilsa is the best host I've ever experienced. She greeted us with a big smile, showed us everything we needed to know about the condo (including complementary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella), and even walked us down to a nearby restaurant to show us a great place to grab a bite to eat with an amazing view of the water. She was so super accessible - I texted her throughout the week to ask her advice on where we should go, what we should do, etc. and she was always prompt to respond with great advice. She even offered (and we accepted) to give us a ride to the airport for our departure since we had returned our rental car a few days before as we were in Vieques the last leg of our trip. I simply cannot rate this condo, the location, and Nilsa high enough. I have never been more pleased with property I have stayed at (and I've traveled to 19 different countries and spent a lot of time traveling). Absolutely perfect!!

  My 16 yr old daughter and I stayed at Nilsa's studio for 5 days and simply loved it. The size of the studio is perfect for 2 people and I loved the view of the balcony. After a day of sightseeing totally enjoyed relaxing every night by sitting in the balcony and reading my book with a glass of wine... the location is close to everything, we would walk to the Ritz when we did the group tours, it really is just 10 minutes away, a nice walk on a beautiful day. Total access to the beaches, very quiet and secured. Thank you Nilsa for being so helpful and understanding.

  My brother and I stayed at This gorgeous condo for four nights and we loved it. It was just perfect and convenient because everything was close by. We had two beaches, restaurants and really everything else around us. The place was just amazing and the view from the condo was absolutely gorgeous. And Nilsa was just nice and very helpful, she was always available when we had question of where to go for different activities we wanted to do. I definitely recommended this place if you want to enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico and really just be close to the Aiport, beaches, restaurants and everything else.

  This studio condo apartment has everything you could possible want or need for your vacation. It was clean, pretty and well equipped. The location was fantastic. You are 5 minutes from the airport without the noise factor. Plenty of places to dine near by. You could make it a inexpensive dinner night or your last day on earth, you decide. There is local transportation, rent a car or take a taxis, again you choose. Nilsa is there if you need her or she will hand you the keys and leave you to yourself again you choose. My stay was wonderful and my experiences were very memorable. I hope you have the same..

  This condo was awesome. Nilsa, thank you so much. Words cannot describe how please I (we) were with this condo. It was perfect for two and convenient to everything, the highways, the beaches, the restaurants and the stores. It was nestled in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. It was beautiful to wake up every morning and look out at the ocean. At night listening to the waves and feeling the soft breeze coming into the condo. We felt right at home. The previous guests left amenities and we felt obligated to do the same. We love it so much that we are looking forward to this summer to come again. Yes, I would recommend this condo to a friend, a relative and even another reviewer like me.

  We were given the use of this condo for a couple of days prior to moving into another one of the owners appartments which was more suited for our party size (3 adults). That said this condo was awsome. Very well equipped throughout, Comfortable and very clean and the view from the Balcony was just WOW. Like I said we only stayed here for two nights and Nilsa provided an airbed which was fine for the those two nights, This condo is really ideally suited for couples or a small family maybe as three adults sharing this space is fine for a couple of days but would feel a bit cramped if staying as 3 adult for longer. That said I would recommend this condo without hesitation, you will find Nilsa very helpful and the whole process of booking one of Nilsa's properties was dealt with very professionally and efficiently.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.

  Nilsa was amazing! I only had email contact but she was very nice about everything, even helping me figure PayPal out. The apartment was neat, organized, super clean and perfect. Right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants, you couldn't ask for more. This was my first time using this site and renting an apartment instead of a hotel for vacation. Not to worry, you get what is pictured here. I would recommend this place for couples as it is on the smaller side but perfect to get close with someone.
