This is old Florida at its best. Anna Maria island has no multi-story condos and the beaches are pristine white sand with rolling sea oats mixed in. Dauphins visit the front of our beach every day and a stroll to the local pier is a 2 minute walk. This condo is in Manatee country and a short drive allows for shore viewing of these endangered mammals.

Condo was very clean and well equipped. We so enjoyed the location to watch the Gulf,the Sunset and the beach. We fell in love with AMI. The exterior was also well kept.

We stayed in this unit over spring break 2011 and could not have chose a better unit! Honestly, this unit has it all! The view was superb, and accommodations exceeded our needs. At night, the sound of the waves were a wonderful additive. What I enjoyed was the ability to wake up to a wonderful beach scene, take a run on the beach, enjoy a day of sun time, then at 3pm one could head back to the unit and still have the beautiful sun gleam onto the comfy patio furniture. We were close to everything; although, we had a rental car, we did choose to walk to the store a few times. :) Also, one note was that the owner was VERY willing to work with our schedule as we were not the typical Saturday to Saturday vacationers- and this was during the busiest time of year! If we do not purchase a property on AMI, we will DEFINITELY make this our choice to stay each time we make the visit! Hands down, for the price, you cannot find a better condo directly on the beach (which is the ONLY way to vacation! ;) Thanks, Frank!

This is the second year we have stayed at this property and have enjoyed it immensely. The interior of the unit is bright and clean and the pool area is very attractive. Watching the dolphins go by from the second floor balcony and the beautiful sunsets is one of our favorite past times. The newly-decorated kitchen is well-equipped and the tiled bathrooms are modern and spacious. We appreciate the owner's attention to detail and his quick response to any of our questions. Close proximity to several shops and restaurants plus the free island trolley adds to our enjoyment.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
