"Congratulations! You have made an excellent decision to stay at our residence in Edwards. Why? Because you are ON the Eagle River, next door to the Riverwalk where you can walk to a grocery store, movie theater, Starbucks, liquor store, shops of all kinds, and our favorite restaurants such as Juniper's, Fritas, the French Press, Main street Grill, Gas House, Rays, Sato's Sushi, and many more.
Our 2100 sq ft residence is one of only 4 luxury townhomes and it is huge - 50% larger than other nearby residences. Please be aware that all of the other River Pines or Riverwalk condos (NONE of which are townhouse style) are great, but the size, and the luxury finish details such as granite, hardwoods, and brand new professionally designed decor sets our home apart and completes this unbeatable value.
Features include high ceilings, 3 flat screen televisions, DVD players, wifi, printer, all brand new furnishings and accessories. The master has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and there are two queen size convertible sofas in the living area. All bedding is of a luxurious quality.
Also, the dining area seats 8, and heated two car garage with locked storage for skiis, bikes, etc.
