123 Sandlewood Blvd - Cape San Blas Rental The Coast is Clear is our Beach House where memories are made and good times are guaranteed. We have a private and pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico for our subdivision just across the street. We find shells, crabs, and a pet friendly beach that suits the family just fine. You can fish for pompano and whiting as well as redfish and more or you can swim, surf and skim the day away. Or just relax and breath in the fresh air, read a book or whatever your into... there is no hurry to be anywhere. The amazing sun sets are right over the Gulf because of the way the Cape is positioned. We have Gulf views from the house as well as a glimpse of the bay. Our bay access to unbelievedable St. Joe bay is just down the street. Talk about great fishing! Trout, redfish, flounder, cobia, as well as Spanish mackerel, skip jacks, and bluefish are very common. The crabbing and scalloping are second to none. We also have regular sightings of spotted rays, horseshoe crabs, starfish, sand dollars, dolphins and more. On land we see Bald Eagles and deer on a regular basis. Especially on the way to the state park. The state park has a great double boat launch as well as many other amenities like a nature trail, playground, picnic area, boardwalks, and 10 miles of unspoiled beaches and sand dunes. Our house is nearly new, it was built in 2002. It is very tastefully furnished and very nice yet it is a comfortable family beach house. With tile floors inside and wood decks on the gulf-side. There is plenty of parking for several boats in the driveway. It is so peaceful and quiet that you can take a nap in the middle of the day! You can watch the sun rise over the bay and watch the sun set over the Gulf. At night you can gaze at the unspoiled skyline with an infinite amount of stars at night. We have had some of the best times of our life here and hope that you will to.

Fall and Early Spring .......... $975 Per Week
Late Spring Through Late Summer  $1250 Per Week During Swimming Season.
