FANTASTIC GOLF, Sunshine and gracious living - Vacation in a luxurious 2BR/2BA Spring Run condo in Bonita Springs at the award winning Brooks community complex, in Southwest Florida, just north of Naples, Florida. Spring Run is a gated Country Club Community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, professionally designed with five tees available for all levels of players.
Non-smoking first floor professionally decorated condo, overlooking a lake with an outstanding view of the fourth fairway. Our condo includes ALL the amenities you would expect from a golf community residence. The large living and dining area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the water and fairway. It has a queen size sofa sleeper, love seat, swivel rocker recliner and entertainment center with new 3 plasma TV's DVD, stereo and WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET! The master bedroom which also overlooks the water and fairway, has a luxurious king bed located in the back of the unit for complete privacy (no cart path). The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and private bath featuring double sinks and oversized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit has twin beds and an additional bath. The twin beds can be quickly made in to another king bed. Both bedrooms have TV's and ceiling fans for additional comfort. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has solid surface cooking, built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar and full laundry area. We recently added crown molding and recessed lighting in the kitchen!
Very private unit (no golf cart path). Enjoy the heated pool/spa which is very close to the unit (approx. 100 ft), along with several tennis courts and an exercise facilities and private country club newly renovated in 2006. A $238.50 golf membership transfer fee and $100 non-refundable application fee, provides you and your spouse or one other person unlimited golf, for a small fee and membership to our private full service country club. You may use the other facilities at your leisure, including an aquatic driving range, putting green, and complete pro shop.
Off Season - MAY thru OCTOBER play for cart fees only at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs!
Within walking/biking distance to the brand new Coconut Point Town Center which contains over 1.8 million square feet of speciality stores, department stores, bookstores, movie theatre, plus dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful Mediterranean-style open-air pedestrial environment. Coconut Point is the place for people to gather, shop, dine, see a new movie - you name it - Coconut Point has it!
Also, enjoy shopping at at MIROMAR OUTLETS or at the upscale PROMENADE shopping center. There are also numerous top notch restaurants in the Bonita Springs, Naples area.
Bonita Beach and Barefoot beach are just a short drive away. Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples & Marco Island are nearby as well.
