(Included in this bed/bath space is a large, private master bedroom suite at the rear of the house with views of Los Padres National Forest.) The upstairs living, kitchen and dining areas are open with a beamed ceiling and full-length glass doors leading to a deck with a panoramic ocean view. There are multiple outdoor deck areas for reading, grilling, and enjoying the sunsets.
This home is perfectly situated for a beach vacation. Relax on an outside deck or down on the beach… it is all right here! Take walks along the sandy beach, swim, kayak, surf and fish in the ocean and observe the indigenous wildlife in the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve that spans the rear of the property. Nestled in such lovely, quiet oceanfront landscape, this is truly an amazing place! Just a few miles to Santa Barbara – enjoy this vibrant city with its fine restaurants, shopping, museums and more.
**Security Deposit is $1000. This deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days of your scheduled arrival date. And $500 of your $1000 security deposit is non-refundable if you cancel prior to 60 days of your sceduled arrival date.
