The spacious living room and master bedroom offers beautiful views of the ocean. This 8th floor unit has two bedrooms and a private bunk room. It has a full kitchen with all the necessary tools to prepare a meal. Every room has a TV and DVD player with cable. There is HIGH SPEED INTERNET available.
This brand new building is equipped with two 175 foot swimming pools, a tiki bar (opening soon) and a fitness room on the second floor. Movie rentals are available in the lobby.
This building is located next to the city pier, where fishing is fun. It is across the street from Pier Park, an up and coming upscale shopping area. Includes Target, with Starbucks located within, Panera Bread and a movie theatre with 16 stadium seating theaters plus many more shops and restaurants. Gulf World is less than a mile east of Calypso and there are many other sites to see with your family in this destination location. All conveniently located at the west end of the beach, which enable you to avoid the congestion of Front Beach Road. Take Powell Adams Rd. to the beach and you are there.
Our unit is nicely decorated with a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, a set of bunks and a pull out sofa sleeper. With 2 full bathrooms, it easily accommodates up to 8 people. Take the steps down to the pool or beach and avoid waiting for an elevator.

This listing is for 2 identical units on the 8th floor. We have one unit in the East Tower and one in the West Tower which gives you a choice of towers. If calendar is not blocked, at least one unit is still open.

Great condo. Spacious and clean. Plenty of room to store extras. Beds were super comfortable. No need to bring your own pillow...these were great. Enjoyed our stay and the convenience of shopping and eating out. Calpyso was nice and 802W was very well furnished. Would definetly recommend to others. Owner was very nice and even switched her east condo for us to stay in the west. Thanks

This is a very clean and nicely furnished condo! The beds are comfy and the towels are fluffy! The view from the balcony is beautiful! The location is perfect - within walking distance to the fishing pier, many restaurants, and shops. For a quick, delicious bite at lunch, try Fatty's across the street. The beach is clean, the water is crystal clear, and there is on-site parasailing and waverunner rental! The condo owner is friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be back!

Pertfect rental! The location was a short walking distance to Pier Park and the pier. Easy access to the pool and beach. The condo itself was very comfortable and very clean. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Great for our all girl retreat and now we are going back for our family vacation. I highly recommend!

We stayed at this unit during spring break 2010. This was by far our best condo experience to date. The unit was beautifully decorated and the view was breathtaking. We had a fabulous time in Panama City and would love to come back again. The owner was a dream to deal with. She was very accommodating and you really could not ask for a better person to work with on a vacation rental. The condo was quiet and even the balcony was very private. We had a leak in the bathroom during our stay and maintenance fixed it right away with no problems to us. The location is top notch as well. Being so close to Pier Park made our stay so nice in that we could walk to almost anything and didn't have to drive our car much as all. We would love to come back to this unit next time we visit Panama City Beach.

Great place to stay, no complaints. We had friends on 21st floor and it was too high to enjoy beach. 8th floor was just high enough and more quiet than lower floors. Owner was great to work with and the unit was perfect. Location was ideal! Many of the units list upgraded contents but the ones we saw the furniture looked too big and there were too many knick knacks laying around. The Tommy Bahama design in this unit was beautiful and functional. We will definitely be back!

This condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. High end furnishings, bath and bed linens and kitchen furnishings were all top of the line. I would highly recommend this unit and resort to anyone. Very nicely located to shopping and places to eat. The view was beautiful and the parking was very convenient with a skywalk to the resort. We enjoyed our stay very much.
