Come stay in our home away from home in paradise located in the elegant Villas on the Prince, a gated community in one of the premiere complexes in Princeville. When you step in the door you feel at home surrounded by elegant island decor.
Following the Hawaiian tradition of leaving your shoes at the door, step onto our new (2011) hardwood floors and enter a home decorated with an eye and feeling for not just comfort but a elegant tropical style. In the living area you are struck by the 270 degree post card views that include distant ocean, the 9th fairway of Hawaii's top rated Prince Golf course along with Bali-Hai Mountains. Sit at the table for 2 at the living room bay window and be awestruck by the everchanging mountains and waterfalls too numerous to count and you'll probably catch a glipse of a rainbow.
The Pineapple is a symbol of welcome in many cultures and you'll find this theme throughout. From the matching brocade fabric on the dining chairs and sofas to the lamps and decorations you feel welcomed. The living room/dining room/ kitchen have vaulted ceilings with whisper quiet fans to take advantage of those tropical breezes.
Dine at the round glass-topped pineapple pedestal table. Enjoy the gourmet marble counter topped kitchen. Sit on the oh so comfy couches and enjoy the entertainment center with bosse music/cd player, cable tv with a cabinet full of games and puzzles, enjoy the local slack key guitar music or a movie.
Sit on the lanai and enjoy a sunrise with a cup of coffee or rest after a day at the beaches or sightseeing with a mai-tai. At night get a great night sleep with choices of pillows, high thread count sheets in the luxurious bedrooms. 2 master suites with private baths and a third bedroom with adjacent bath. The den has a marble topped desk equipped with wireless DSL for those that want to keep up with their computers.
For the keikies(children) there is a large selection of Hawaiian theme books
We've been visiting Kauai for 20 years and finally decided to own a piece of paradise and this fills our dreams and we want to help fill yours. We keep it immaculately clean and try to provide everything you could want on vacation and more.
We are shellers/ birders/hikers and bicyclers and provide books to help you discover your special adventures. We also love to cook and eat so have provided a kitchen with more than just the basics. We have the convenience of Princeville shopping center within walking distance, fine dining nearby, Hanalei just 2 miles away and a convenient drive to all the north and south shore sights and beaches. Plus you don't have to drive all the way through Priceville to get there, or be crammed next to a lot of other condos. We are located close to the entrance after the Neptune fountain..

Condo was FANTASTIC !! Well kept, many extras offered, and Mike & Tammy were a joy to work with. No problems, and a great location on Kauai. Highly recommended !!! Very accomodating, and so spacious for the four of us (two couples). First time I had rented a condo, and I was so happy it all turned out splendid. Don't wait - just book it !!!

Remarkably well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen was a dream with every conceivable gadget we needed. The 2 master bedrooms met our family needs and the TV's, CD player made everything quite home like. Tammy and Mike were so easy to work with--our deposit refund came immediately after we arrived home. Would highly recommend.
