Cape Oasis, is a brand new constructed home, added to the rental market November 2009. This upscale home has a private heated pool with large pool deck in private setting, 2 car garage and lots of space. Located on North Cape San Blas, very close to beach access on beautiful beach with sugar white sand and the sunsets drip down into the water all year round.
This home is beautifully decorated, and well equipped with flat screen TV's in every bedroom, and 47 inch wallmount. Lots of DVD and VCR players. Close to beach access and great beach and bay views, wrap around decks and screen porch. It is surrounded at the side and back with a beautiful nature trail that winds through the palms and pines. When you are tired of the beach walk, here is a beautiful, private walk through your own natural setting.
All 4 bedrooms have private baths and an additional two piece bath is conveniently located on the main level.
The ground floor has a bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Also on the ground floor is the double garage to keep your cars cool on those hot days. A second full size fridge keeps poolside beverages handy.
On the second floor, is the main open living area with spacious kitchen with new appliances, living and dining area and ½ bath. This home has everything to make your vacation memorable. There are high ceilings and upscale finishing touches, granite countertops, with great views from the kitchen, dining area, living rooms. The main living floor and all bathrooms are beautifully tiled with carpeting in the bedrooms.
There are wrap around decks with access from the living area to western, northern and southern facing decks. You can watch sunrise over the bay, sunset over the Gulf, have access to shade or sun and breeze or no breeze. There is also a bedroom with king bed and private bath on this level. The living area has a queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping space, bringing total occupancy to 12. A screen porch is accessible off the main living area.
On the third floor, there is the gulf side master bedroom with king bed, private bath with double vanities, large walk in closet and access to private gulf side deck. There is another huge bedroom, with two queen beds and a private bath with tiled shower and double vanity. There is access to a private deck that overlooks the pool.
On the top floor in the tower, there is a view to die for and another wrap around deck. You “tower” over the beachfront houses for unobstructed sunsets, dripping into the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful sunrises over St Joseph Bay. A wet bar with small fridge and game table let’s you fix that cocktail to accompany sunset viewing.

Amenities include private in-ground heated swimming pool, 2 full sizes refrigerators and beverage fridge in the loft. For communication, the home has wireless high speed internet access, free unlimited long distance to U.S. and Canada in case your cell phones aren’t working. In this area, cell phone service is often not available. Washer/dryer and dishwasher, A/C, of course. Home is attached to the nature trail and there is grill, stereo, cable TV, 5 TV's each with VCR or DVD. Linens and towels are provided.
We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and barely see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks. You can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach and ready for you to come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool.
The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine. Even some of the nearby restaurants have outside decks and are pet-friendly.

Cape Oasis is a brand new home with rentals starting early November 2009. Beautifully furnished, decorated and very well equipped. Enjoy the privacy of the heated pool, surrounded by nature, the sunset views dipping into the Gulf of Mexico, the morning sun rising out of St Joseph Bay.
