Cape Oasis is a perfect house to enjoy a perfect beach vacation. The view is something to behold. We loved the beautiful furniture in the house, but the pool was our favorite place because of the relaxing atmosphere. We will be back again.

We've come to the Cape 3 years in a row now for vacations and this is the best place we've stayed at by far. Everything is well kept up and internally the home was very clean and up to date. I loved the fact that they had a gas grill and it was pretty well kept, plus the good folks at Sunset Reflections made sure that it was stocked and ready should we run out of gas on one tank. Additionally as someone who likes to do one arm curls on vacation, I appreciated that there was a fridge in the garage - so a cold one was never to far away. The kitchen had lots of utensils and the ladies made us brownies and several other baked goodies throughout the week. I don't think there was one complaint about the rooms. I think everyone appreciated having their own room, their own tv, their own deck, and their own bathroom. We had some problems with the pool light and fridge and they came out right away and fixed it the next day. Also the big table in the dining area definitely encourages discourse. We had a lot of good conversations with our group there and enjoyed many a night playing the card game "Apples to Apples." Just a little bit about the nature of the area: he first night we were there we caught a sunset from the widow's walk. The following morning, we watched the sun rise over the bay. There's not many places where you can see both in the same spot. My wife and I walked the beaches in the morning waded a bit into the water and found ourselves doing the 'stingray shuffle' as we suddenly found ourselves amidst a school of stingrays. We watched crabs flitting about in the shallows and even caught an occasional glimpse of a bull shark or nurse shark. The swimming was awesome too - the water clear and azure blue - the warm gulf waters were a delight to body surf on. Though this does not directly relate to anything that CO is responsible for, we liked it because this area wasn't overrun by fisherman, which we've found attract potentially harmful predators to the swimming area. My only complaint about the place and it's a minor one is the the amount of liter that is around the property. As a nature lover, it kind of detracts from the beauty of it. But I blame that on smokers. They need to throw away their butts. I literally cleaned up probably 300 cigarette butts around the property. I really don't know how one could clean them up efficiently though? It's really not a big thing though - everything else is top notch!!

Our stay at Cape Oasis was great. The weather was perfect. Our grandchildren loved everything about it, the pool, the beach, the deck up top, sunsets, roasting marshmallows on the beach, and the ice cream shop down the road. Would love to stay there again.

Cape Oasis is beautiful! We had no complaints during our whole vacation. The house surpassed our expectations and the beach was perfect for us- secluded and relaxing. At the end of the week we wished we could stay longer. Will return in the future!

The ENTIRE experience was FANTASTIC. My husband and I met another five adult- family members and the house was the perfect size and location. Each bedroom had its own bath so we never felt crowded with such a large group. The huge dining table became a family focal point for us to visit, play games, say grace and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at every day. Propane grill - yea!!! We used it every night. The walking / biking trail across the street was a great surprise

Terrific vacation! Beautiful home! Easy access to pristine beach. Scallops were delicious., Caught 9 large Spanish Mackerel off the #10 channel buoy. Definitely plan to sty here again!

We very much enjoyed Cape Oasis and hope to make this a yearly stay. The home was great. There were 8 of us between 2 families. The fishing was great and tasted even better. What a great area to vacation, laid back and no crowds. We had a fire on the beach one night, scalloped in the bay, consumed multiple red stripe beers, and had a great time. 1 week is not long enough! I love seafood and I found my favorite seafood restaurant in the worlds in Apalachicola, Boss Oyster, I had the Boss Fried Seafood Platter. It was a mega platter with the best seafood ever. This is a must try. We'll be back.

We loved Cape Oasis! It was the nicest beach house we have ever rented! The home was beautiful, inside and out, and had everything we needed (including a mixer to make lemon meringue pie!). Even though the house is "first tier" and not directly on the beach, the walk to the beach was not far, and there was a wooden walkway to use. The pool was great and one of the largest we have seen at a beach house - it was nice to be able to sit out by the pool and be in the shade of the overhead porch. My parents thoroughly enjoyed the screened porch, and at night, we all went up to the top porch, outside of the tower-room, to stargaze. Many of the beach houses that sleep 12 or more have bunk rooms. This does not work for us as some of our "kids" have gotten to be older teenagers, and they don't want to stay in a room with their younger cousins. For this reason, the bed and bath configurations at this house were perfect for our group (my parents and each siblings' family had their own private bedroom and bathroom). I was worried that Cape San Blas might be a little too secluded for some in our group, but everyone seemed to like the area. some of us went on a kayaking tour; while others went exploring and shopping in Apalachicola and even Panama City. We all celebrated my niece's birthday at Sunset Coastal Grill, where the food was yummy. One night, we even had a bonfire on the beach and made s'mores. Of course, being allowed to walk the dogs on the beach was the biggest bonus of all! I also want to say that the service from Sunset Reflections was terrific! Every time I called Denise (and I am afraid that I called a bunch), she was friendly, patient and helpful! The pool light was burned out, and I called Denise late one afternoon to report it. Even though I told her that it was not a big deal to us, she had someone out to fix it the next morning. Also, because of the holiday weekend, there had been a mix-up with the trash pickup in the area. On Sunday, since it was starting to pile up outside some of the houses, my father called the housekeeping manager, and they arranged for the trash to be picked up on Memorial Day! We had a great vacation! thanks so much for everything! I hope that someday wa can all come back to Cape Oasis! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Oasis. The house was beautiful and very clean and we had a great time during the week of April 12th. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and the weather was perfect. Denise was very helpful and our entire experience was one to remember. thank you for the memories.

I have nothing but praise for Cape Oasis! This house is beautifully decorated and every "i" has been dotted & "t" crossed! The views of the bay & ocean are spectacular! The beach access is only a few steps from the front door. We also enjoyed the private heated pool! Also, the staff at Sunset Reflections were very professional and accommodating! Thanks so much to the owner for renting this beautiful Cape house! We hope to return soon!

My wife & I rented Cape Oasis for a week, January 2010. Its clean, looks pretty new, has a good location and good views all around from the decks. This would be a great choice for a multi-family group, with the three levels, well separated. Kitchen is well equiped. Beach is close, nice privacy back by the pool. We enjoyed our stay, and the great service we always get from the Andersons

My family and I were the first guests to stay at Cape Oasis and we cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful home. The home and furnishings are comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the tower room and upper deck where we watched the sun rise every morning. That was also our favorite spot in the evening where we had a magnificent view of the most breathtaking sunsets. The heated pool was an added bonus! I was also very happy that I was able to take my two furry, four-legged lap "babies" with me. They loved walking along the nature trail behind the house. I will definitely stay in this home in the future.

Cape Oasis is a brand new home with rentals starting early November 2009. Beautifully furnished, decorated and very well equipped. Enjoy the privacy of the heated pool, surrounded by nature, the sunset views dipping into the Gulf of Mexico, the morning sun rising out of St Joseph Bay. The home is surrounded by decks so catch sun, shade, wind or no wind. With screen porch and very close beach access, this home has it all. We hope you will enjoy your stay at this spectacular home.
