Take a water taxi or bring your boat to this excellent beachfront cottage on a private bridge-less island only accessible by boat.There are no roads only winding sand paths and lanes,that you can explore by foot or cart. Only 25 steps out the front door you have 7 miles of secluded unspoiled beach.

Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and incredible sunsets from the front and rear decks and the front rooms of this tastefully furnished home. Fall asleep each night to the sound of the surf. The best part about this home is that its an incredibly romantic place or the perfect family getaway.

Bring all your goodies with you because there are no services on the island, but if you need some entertainment or food you are only a ten minute ride by water taxi back to the marina on the mainland.

Water taxi's run from 9am-6pm. If you bring a boat we have a very good deep water dock that is shared by our lane and a 2 minute walk to the house, or a one minute golf cart ride which is provided for moving your belongings and exploring the island.

Get a world class tan, collect shells and sharks teeth on one of the best shelling beaches around (especially after a storm) help your kids make the best sand castle ever, sit on the porch swing and hold your lovers hand, explore, eat, drink, laugh, read, nap, swim, run, or have a treasure hunt, there is a lot to do on this island that has nothing to do!

Finally to the fishermen out there, we are the epicenter to the state's best inshore and offshore fishing, tarpon, snook, redfish, shark, grouper and snapper just to name a few.

  • By far the best vacations we have ever had. This year will be our 5th and hopefully we'll have many more. The house is wonderful as are the owners! Seeing the crawls in the morning and shelling are always incredible. It's a perfect getaway.
