Well-equipped, 3500 square foot house includes 6 master bedrooms with private baths and cable TVs, a huge kitchen/great room with loft/ship's watch (ocean views), a game room with cable TV, pool and foosball tables and extensive wrap-around decking (more views). The house sleeps 14 guests with comfort (K/K/K/Q/2 twin/2 bunk sets), plus there's a futon in ship's watch. Linens are included. Wireless internet also included. Kitchen well stocked for the discriminating cook.
Pool Area: Large 16 X 36 outdoor pool for family enjoyment. 6 person hot tub in pool lounge area. Gas grill and two park grills available for your outdoor cooking pleasure. Plenty of pool and deck furniture including porch swing and picnic table. Outside, you have a volleyball set up, basketball hoop, adult and kids bicycles, baby jogger,and all essential beach equipment. The beach access is a short 800' walk from the house. Beautifully landscaped and maintained by lawn care company.
First Level: Expanded game room with ping pong table and foosball. Or you can enjoy family games in the main game room with pool table, leather couch and cable TV. One master bedroom on lower level.
Second Level: Large kids master bedroom with two bunk beds and plenty of kids videos. Two sets of baby equipment to include high chairs, pack n plays and gates. Additional master bedrooms to include two deck side bedrooms.
Third Level: Entertaining great room with open floor plan furnished with leather couch and reclining arm chairs. Two dining tables indoor (dining area and ship's watch) along with picnic table on deck. Ocean views from deck levels. Large master bedroom furnished in ocean blue theme dominated throughout house. A loop around the community is 6.25 miles (10k). The streets are wide, the speed limit is 25 MPH, and there are stop signs at alternating cross streets. All of these make for outstanding family biking and jogging/running in the neighborhood.

We have been coming to the outer banks (Corolla) for the past 20 years and have many great memories with the children and large family reunions at the beach. We love Corolla as it offers everything families would want- great sandy uncrowded beaches protected by high dunes, wonderful places to eat, nature and other entertainment activities for kids, great boutique shops and long streets for bike riding. In 2007 we purchased our house and have received many comments from guest and family on the spacious layout for the house. We enjoy two weeks at our property in late Oct every year enjoying the beach and updating our property for the next year's guest. We take pride in making sure that our place is kept in top notch condition to make your vacation enjoyable. We have completed extensive updates in the past three years to include - new hardwood floors, carpets, lower level tile, expanded game room and upgraded furniture. Homeowner Entry - Fall 2009 We thoroughly enjoyed your wonderful spacious house. We had six couples and never felt crowded. Everything was well cared for in this house. Guest from Summer 2008 Your home is awsome! It was clean and we wanted for nothing. The bikes, the chairs, the basketball hoop and ping pong table were big hits. The kitchen was very well stocked.
