Feel at home in this Condo rated Deluxe Plus, the highest rating given to Condos in this building. This condo has been recently remodeled and updated with new 20" travertine-type tile, new carpet, new area rug, fresh paint, new queen sleeper sofa, new bedding and much more. We have not stopped there though - we are continuing to make upgrades and improvements to make your stay more pleasurable. There is another condo available on the same floor two doors away if you have friends or family that would like to join you on your vacation.
This condo and the adjacent condo are unique to all others at Pelican Beach in that they have a keyless entry - no key to pick up or send back and forth, no key to worry about losing at the beach. Less hassle and saves time.
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort as well as a private bath. Two bunk beds in the hall, a new queen-size sleeper sofa and an additional full bathroom allow up to six people to sleep comfortably.
Location is always key and Pelican Beach Resort is very conveniently located. The Condo is right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park, very close to shopping and numerous great restaurants as well as many other resort activities. This newly remodeled Condo is a great value right in the heart of Destin!

This is a lovely condo that is well equipped. When you walk in the door the master is to the immediate right and there is also a cut out in the hallway with two bunk beds. Beyond the bunks is a full bath with a shower only. The kitchen is larger than apartment size and well equipped. There is a small dining area and family area that looks right out to the ocean. The view is SPECTACULAR from the 18th floor. The balcony is large enough to have breakfast for two or three every morning. My communication with the owner was great. Greg is courteous and responsive. He made me feel as if I were spending a million bucks on his rental. We had the time of our lives without breaking the bank. Thank you, Greg, for allowing us to create memories in your condo!!

We were definitely pleased with this condo and the owner. The information he sent answered any questions we may have had prior to arrival. The keyless entry was awesome. The unit was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The washer and dryer were just a few steps down the hall which was convenient and the view was GREAT! We enjoyed our time on the beach as well as by the pool, and the grill area was very nice. Our only complaint was that we had to go back to reality and couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to book with Greg again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We had a great time staying here. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable, awesome view, and all at a great price! The keyless entry is great, no issues at all with that. I would gladly recommend this unit to family and friends, as long as they don't go the same weekend that we're going!

This place was great! Everything was neat and clean and the keyless entry worked fantastic! Although it was pretty high up, the scenery was just beautiful! The owner is also very nice and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to Destin.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The condo was beautiful and clean, we really enjoyed the view from the balacony. The beach was the best, warm clear water, clean white sand and stunning blue green color! We enjoyed using the outdoor grills, the live music that they had on several evenings was a nice touch. We would definetly come back and stay here again. Thanks Greg for allowing the use of your wonderful condo!

This condo was great!!! The view is amazing. The location is great and the beach is beautiful. White sand and clear blue water. The condo itself was very clean and very nice. Would definitely use again!!!

What a beautiful place to spend time! Although we were a little apprehensive about the 18th floor, once there we decided the view beats the dickens out of the lower levels! Everything was neat, clean, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere at Pelican Beach is wonderful and the amenities are great. The rate is quite a bargin for this jewel. A return to this condo is definitely in our future plans.

My husband and I just returned from a relaxing get away and miss it already! The condo was very clean and well appointed. The mattress was comfy and the keyless entry was a nice touch. The best part was the spectacular view each morning walking into the living room! We loved hearing the waves crashing from our little retreat. If you're looking for a great location with excellent amenities and the perfect spot to watch a sunset, this is your next vacation rental! Thanks Greg, for a wonderful stay!
