Feel at home in this Condo rated Deluxe Plus, the highest rating given to Condos in this building. This condo has been recently remodeled and updated with new 20" travertine-type tile, new carpet, new area rug, fresh paint, new queen sleeper sofa, new bedding and much more. We have not stopped there though - we are continuing to make upgrades and improvements to make your stay more pleasurable. There is another condo available on the same floor two doors away if you have friends or family that would like to join you on your vacation.
This condo and the adjacent condo are unique to all others at Pelican Beach in that they have a keyless entry - no key to pick up or send back and forth, no key to worry about losing at the beach. Less hassle and saves time.
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort as well as a private bath. Two bunk beds in the hall, a new queen-size sleeper sofa and an additional full bathroom allow up to six people to sleep comfortably.
Location is always key and Pelican Beach Resort is very conveniently located. The Condo is right across the street from the Big Kahuna's water park, very close to shopping and numerous great restaurants as well as many other resort activities. This newly remodeled Condo is a great value right in the heart of Destin!

This condo was everything we hoped for. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated. I'm a bit nuts about cleanliness and this place was spotless. Greg was absolutely great to deal with. We had an unexpected funeral to attend prior to our departure, and he graciously changed our arrival dates for us. (Something he didn't have to do.) the resort itself is very nice with lots of amenities and is conveniently located to shopping and eating etc. we will definitely check with Greg when we come to Destin again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed here for a long weekend in November and thought it was perfect. We went back and forth about whether to stay in a small condo across the street from the beach or to pay a little more to be here and be right on the beach. We made the right choice, because our favorite part was being able to open up our balcony door and see and hear the ocean. At this time of year, there were times of the day when it was a little chilly to be on the beach, but we still felt like we were enjoying the beach from the living room. It is very high, which might give people with small children or a fear of heights the jitters. But the advantage of the height is that it is very private. We couldn't hear anything but the ocean and felt like no one would be looking into our condo even at night. The inside was clean and well decorated. I would definitely recommend this.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Will stay here again! Can't say enough good things about this condo. Great location. Beautifully decorated. Wonderful view. (We saw 30-40 dolphins from the balcony one morning.) We loved the king sized bed in the master, it was VERY comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. If you need it, this kitchen probable has it. Owner, Greg, was great to work with.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

This is a lovely condo that is well equipped. When you walk in the door the master is to the immediate right and there is also a cut out in the hallway with two bunk beds. Beyond the bunks is a full bath with a shower only. The kitchen is larger than apartment size and well equipped. There is a small dining area and family area that looks right out to the ocean. The view is SPECTACULAR from the 18th floor. The balcony is large enough to have breakfast for two or three every morning. My communication with the owner was great. Greg is courteous and responsive. He made me feel as if I were spending a million bucks on his rental. We had the time of our lives without breaking the bank. Thank you, Greg, for allowing us to create memories in your condo!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We were definitely pleased with this condo and the owner. The information he sent answered any questions we may have had prior to arrival. The keyless entry was awesome. The unit was very clean and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The washer and dryer were just a few steps down the hall which was convenient and the view was GREAT! We enjoyed our time on the beach as well as by the pool, and the grill area was very nice. Our only complaint was that we had to go back to reality and couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to book with Greg again. We had a great time staying here. Very clean, well appointed, comfortable, awesome view, and all at a great price! The keyless entry is great, no issues at all with that. I would gladly recommend this unit to family and friends, as long as they don't go the same weekend that we're going!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

This place was great! Everything was neat and clean and the keyless entry worked fantastic! Although it was pretty high up, the scenery was just beautiful! We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The condo was beautiful and clean, we really enjoyed the view from the balacony. The beach was the best, warm clear water, clean white sand and stunning blue green color! We enjoyed using the outdoor grills, the live music that they had on several evenings was a nice touch.
