These units have the best of both worlds. They have a beautiful view of the crystal blue gulf of Mexico from the unit and also they have the convenience of being located on the ground floor and being able to walk right out of the back door to the balcony and then straight onto the pool deck. You never have to take an elevator to get to these units. This is especially handy in the peak season. Most of the ground floor units at the Treasure Island are in front of the pool and there will be chairs and lots of people outside your balcony. But these units are located on the East end of the building away from the hustle and bustle of the pool area leaving an unobstructed view of the gulf.
The inside of the unit is very tastefully decorated sparing no expense. There are plasma TVs in every room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, there is two bunk beds and there is a pull out couch. Both units are decorated exactly alike.
