We had a wonderful time at the condo, I would definitely recommend this for a vacation stay! The location could not be better with amazing views of the ocean from the master and living room, and the beach is basically out the back door. The condo was large enough for extended family and it was clean and well stocked with supplies. My mom actually had a broken leg and was still able to spend time at the pool and out in the sand with the grandkids, the set up was great! Lynne was very helpful with questions.

I have been going over to Indian Rocks Beach for more than 20 years; this last visit was the best ever. I loved the unit (and I've stayed at many other locations in the past) it felt just like home. It had everything one would need during a stay and was very clean. I will be returning next year.

Such a Great Trip

We had the opportunity to visit Sea Gate this May with our two little girls (ages 2 and 4). It provided such a relaxed environment and we soaked up not only the sun, but great quality time together. We quickly settled into a routine that included breakfast on the balcony, hours at the beach, followed by lunch back on that beautiful balcony, naps, pool time, and more beach time. The condo had absolutely everything we needed from great beach toys and umbrellas to a corkscrew and balcony for sunset toasts for mom and dad! The condo was also very clean and spacious, providing lots of room for our girls to play and explore. The maintenance team was also great. We had a minor problem with the dryer and they had it going strong the very next business day. The beach was well groomed with beautiful white sand and great shells. We certainly left our mark with LOTS of sand castles and foot prints. The water was never too rough, but did have some waves and really provided a great "first ocean" experience to our girls. Plus, the pool and outdoor showers we're so refreshing when we needed a break from the sand and saltwater. There are some aggressive herons that bother the local fishermen, but easily "shoo" away (and became my youngest daughter's favorite beach game). There are also rays that occasionally come very close to shore. At first I was a little unnerved, but they also swam away when people were near and it actually became a little cool to see them. Like everyone else, we live very busy lives and are very thankful for this time together as a family and husband and wife. It's a great place with great energy. Thank you!

Things do not get any better than this condo. The view of the ocean is amazing. The condo is well maintained and the owner is very easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend this property. I hope to return next year.

Seagate Condo an A+++++

I can not say enough great things about this unit. We stayed with our 3 sons (14, 10 and 7). The unit is on the second floor overlooking the great sun sets over the gulf. An easy walk up the steps from the parking garage and the door is there. Unit is spacious, very very clean and was stocked with chairs, beach toys and essentials. Beach entry and pool access are right there. Balcony overlooks most of the pool. Close to awesome mini golf and a short drive to all of the spring training baseball stadiums. Easy drive to airport and attractions. We can not wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your home.

Lynne, Thank you sooo much for a worry free booking. You were very helpful and the Rental Company personal were nice. The condo was awesome and the pictures are true. We had four kids with us for a total of 6 with plenty of room. The beach toys and chairs were nice also. It was a very quite place with alot of friendly people at Sea Gate.The pool was never over crowded and there was plenty of room on the beach. It was in a great location and very easy to get to anywhere. Thank you so much and look forward to coming back. Dewayne Brown

Hi Lynne, Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your condo! We are a family of four and we allowed both our kids to bring a friend making our "vacation family" two adults, two 15 year olds, and two 13 year olds. We all loved it. We spent a day at Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (loved Adventure Island), had dinner at the original Hooters in Clearwater which was a huge hit with the 15 year old boys :), went deep sea fishing, mini golfing a few times (right across the street) and played in the beach/ocean and pool. We loved that you had the beach chairs, beach umbrella's and tons of beach things right in the condo!!! We appreciated the towels but were glad we also brought some of our own with such a crowd. The birds, porpoises and stingrays were wonderful to watch! (yes, right from the balcony) Now for the sun sets. We have travelled all over, and I must say the sunsets were some of the best we have seen, and yes, you guessed it, right from the balcony! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great Family Vacation!

My husband is active duty military, so we live in a separate state from family. My husband and I (w/ 2 young kids) decided to meet up with my parents, sister & her daughter down in Florida this year for vacaction, instead of making our annual trip to our hometown. The condo was great!!! Equipped w/ beach toys, towels, boogies boards, beach chairs, umbrellas..even a baby crib for our toddler. The rooms were adequate size & bedding to accomodate us. The view is AMAZING!!! Huge balcony with direct beach view, with 2 sliding doors one off the main living area & 2nd door from master bedroom. We were sad to say goodbye to the beach.

Wonderful, relaxing, right on the ocean

We stayed at this condo from 4/17/2010-4/24/2010. The condo itself is very roomy...we had 3 adults and 3 kids sharing the space and we never felt crowded. The closets are huge and the rooms are spacious. Waking up to the sound of the ocean right outside your bedroom was the best! The tables and chairs on the balcony were great for breakfast in the morning or sitting and relaxing with a drink or a cup of coffee. The building itself was quiet. The pool area is very clean. There are plenty of pool chairs available. We appreciated having the beach chairs provided by the owner and beach toys for the kids. There were also 2 beach towels there for use at the pool or beach. Having a full kitchen to prepare meals was great. We took advantage of the bbq grills down by the ocean as well. We also liked having the washer and dryer right in the unit. It was nice to wash some of our clothes before heading home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway.
