We arrived Saturday afternoon and was able to check right in with the rental agent, without any hitches. Our condo was just as described -- great condition, stocked with pretty much everything we needed, including tons of beach toys and beach chairs. The condo was clean, had a fantastic view of the ocean and was close to everything. It was so nice to have access to free wireless internet, saving me a lot of money on data overages on our families phones! Having the carts accessible in the garage area was so helpful in getting all our belongings up to our rental via the elevator (which, I have to say was extremely slow -- glad we were on the first level above the parking areas and didn't have to rely on the elevators -- it was much faster to just take the stairs down one floor). The only slight drawback was the fact that the beach access for the building was right in front of the master bedroom sliding door - so if the blinds were open, there wasn't a lot of privacy. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation! Thanks, Lynn, for the great condo and being so helpful when we were doing our "condo shopping." Looking forward to another visit in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was equiped very nicely, we couldn't of ask for more. We loved that it was neat and clean and very spacious. The view from the balcony was nice. The access to the beach was great. We had a wonderful time. We would consider returning on future vacations. The kids had a great time and also enjoyed the swimming pool.

I have been going over to Indian Rocks Beach for more than 20 years; this last visit was the best ever. I loved the unit (and I've stayed at many other locations in the past) it felt just like home. It had everything one would need during a stay and was very clean. I will be returning next year.

Such a Great Trip

We had the opportunity to visit Sea Gate this May with our two little girls (ages 2 and 4). It provided such a relaxed environment and we soaked up not only the sun, but great quality time together. We quickly settled into a routine that included breakfast on the balcony, hours at the beach, followed by lunch back on that beautiful balcony, naps, pool time, and more beach time. The condo had absolutely everything we needed from great beach toys and umbrellas to a corkscrew and balcony for sunset toasts for mom and dad! The condo was also very clean and spacious, providing lots of room for our girls to play and explore. The maintenance team was also great. We had a minor problem with the dryer and they had it going strong the very next business day. The beach was well groomed with beautiful white sand and great shells. We certainly left our mark with LOTS of sand castles and foot prints. The water was never too rough, but did have some waves and really provided a great "first ocean" experience to our girls. Plus, the pool and outdoor showers we're so refreshing when we needed a break from the sand and saltwater. There are some aggressive herons that bother the local fishermen, but easily "shoo" away (and became my youngest daughter's favorite beach game). There are also rays that occasionally come very close to shore. At first I was a little unnerved, but they also swam away when people were near and it actually became a little cool to see them. Like everyone else, we live very busy lives and are very thankful for this time together as a family and husband and wife. It's a great place with great energy. Thank you!

Things do not get any better than this condo. The view of the ocean is amazing. The condo is well maintained and the owner is very easy to contact and work with. I would highly recommend this property. I hope to return next year.

Seagate Condo an A+++++

I can not say enough great things about this unit. We stayed with our 3 sons (14, 10 and 7). The unit is on the second floor overlooking the great sun sets over the gulf. An easy walk up the steps from the parking garage and the door is there. Unit is spacious, very very clean and was stocked with chairs, beach toys and essentials. Beach entry and pool access are right there. Balcony overlooks most of the pool. Close to awesome mini golf and a short drive to all of the spring training baseball stadiums. Easy drive to airport and attractions. We can not wait to come back. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful time at the condo, I would definitely recommend this for a vacation stay! The location could not be better with amazing views of the ocean from the master and living room, and the beach is basically out the back door. The condo was large enough for extended family and it was clean and well stocked with supplies. My mom actually had a broken leg and was still able to spend time at the pool and out in the sand with the grandkids, the set up was great! Lynne was very helpful with questions.

Lynne, Thank you sooo much for a worry free booking. You were very helpful and the Rental Company personal were nice. The condo was awesome and the pictures are true. We had four kids with us for a total of 6 with plenty of room. The beach toys and chairs were nice also. It was a very quite place with alot of friendly people at Sea Gate.The pool was never over crowded and there was plenty of room on the beach. Hi Lynne, Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your condo! We are a family of four and we allowed both our kids to bring a friend making our "vacation family" two adults, two 15 year olds, and two 13 year olds. We all loved it. We spent a day at Busch Gardens/Adventure Island (loved Adventure Island), had dinner at the original Hooters in Clearwater which was a huge hit with the 15 year old boys :), went deep sea fishing, mini golfing a few times (right across the street) and played in the beach/ocean and pool. We loved that you had the beach chairs, beach umbrella's and tons of beach things right in the condo!!! We appreciated the towels but were glad we also brought some of our own with such a crowd. The birds, porpoises and stingrays were wonderful to watch! (yes, right from the balcony) Now for the sun sets. We have travelled all over, and I must say the sunsets were some of the best we have seen, and yes, you guessed it, right from the balcony! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great Family Vacation!

My husband is active duty military, so we live in a separate state from family. My husband and I (w/ 2 young kids) decided to meet up with my parents, sister & her daughter down in Florida this year for vacaction, instead of making our annual trip to our hometown. The condo was great!!! Equipped w/ beach toys, towels, boogies boards, beach chairs, umbrellas..even a baby crib for our toddler. The rooms were adequate size & bedding to accomodate us. The view is AMAZING!!! Huge balcony with direct beach view, with 2 sliding doors one off the main living area & 2nd door from master bedroom. We were sad to say goodbye to the beach.

Wonderful, relaxing, right on the ocean

We stayed at this condo from 4/17/2010-4/24/2010. The condo itself is very roomy...we had 3 adults and 3 kids sharing the space and we never felt crowded. The closets are huge and the rooms are spacious. Waking up to the sound of the ocean right outside your bedroom was the best! The tables and chairs on the balcony were great for breakfast in the morning or sitting and relaxing with a drink or a cup of coffee. The building itself was quiet. The pool area is very clean. There are plenty of pool chairs available. We appreciated having the beach chairs provided by the owner and beach toys for the kids. There were also 2 beach towels there for use at the pool or beach. Having a full kitchen to prepare meals was great. We took advantage of the bbq grills down by the ocean as well. We also liked having the washer and dryer right in the unit. It was nice to wash some of our clothes before heading home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway.

We just returned from our trip and had a great stay in Seagate 107. the condo was very spacious and clean. It was airy and bright, with no closed in feeling. Lots of pool and beach toys and it had a great view of the pool and the gulf. There are actually two master baths. The room with two queen beds had it's own bath and dressing area. The actual master had a hall entrance to its bath as well. It made it very comfortable for our group. We would recommend this condo to families looking for a great beach weekend (with a pool).

We just returned from a week at the beach at SeaGate. We had a very enjoyable time. The condo was very spacious (for 5 adults) and well equipped. The sunsets were awesome. We enjoyed walks on the beach, laying by the pool and many of the nearby restaurants. There is a lot to do nearby, including mini golf, dolphin cruises, the Museum of Science and Industry, and spring training baseball games. There were even dolphins swimming by in the gulf several mornings when we got up. The staff at the rental company was very helpful and informative and we had everything we needed for the week.

What an amazing sunset! Every night you have a front row seat for the most beautiful sunsets ever. The Condo is spacious, the kitchen is updated and great. We had everything we needed here provided by the owners. What a very pleasant surprise that my 3kids found immediately, the beach toys, boogie boards and chairs. This condo is fully equipt, and what a relief to know you don't have to bring everything+ the kitchen sink! We loved it and hope to return again!! Thanks for a MUCH NEEDED vacation, it was great!!

We had a great time at your condo in August. The location was wonderful and the pool and the beach were kept clean and beautiful. My son and his family from Denver rented another condo in the same building so we had a total of 8 grandkids, ranging from 4 months to 18 years old, as well as 8 adults. It was great for us because we live nearby so it wasn't too far to bring everything we needed. Your condo was great--we loved the size of it and the balcony where we could watch the sunsets each night. It was very clean and had all the beach toys anyone could want! We will definitely consider doing this again. Thank you.

After reading the comments from the previous guest, it is hard to believe that we stayed in the same condo. Our visit in May was wonderful. The beds were fine and the fact that there were no fitted sheets in no way interfered with our sleeping. There were beach towels available and an umbrella - perhaps the owner bought a new one since your visit. All the toys were clean and unbroken but we didn't expect any toys so that was just a pleasant surprise. We visited Myrtle Beach over spring break and this condo had a lot more amenities than that one. The picture on the "old" TV looked just fine to my kids and to us. We always buy ice because I haven't seen an icemaker yet that can keep up with any family over 2 people. Condo is spacious and bright and clean and on the gulf - what else does one want when visiting the beach? I guess we are just easier to please than some.

The location was fabulous but had many issues with the condo. ALL beds were extremely uncomfortable even when owner stated they were great and Very comfortable,no fitted sheets at all, no beach towels, old unmatched dishes and glasses, pool closed for 3 days due to vandalism, old type small TV's, umbrella broken as were most waterboard toys, no dishwasher cleanser on arrival, small icemaker that never had enough ice for a family,no gate code to walk on beach on arrival,needs drywall repairs and painting was unfinished. I suggest you call for referneces as the pixs make it look better than it really is. Low ceilings make it seem closed in feeling.

Most are happy to be at the beach and don't care about how old the TV is or if the dishes match. I am refunding a portion of your money. You can't please all of the people all of the time unfortunately.

After a busy week in Orlando, we so enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful beach condo. The location is awesome with wonderful uninterupted sea views in all directions. Everything the owner describes is totally true even down to the gorgeous sunsets!! Inside the condo, all the rooms are well furnished and nothing was shabby (which often happens with rentals). The large bedrooms had very comfortable beds. My grandkids (12 & 9yrs) enjoyed the safety and freedom of the beach, whilst we sat just above them on the balcony watching them play and seeing the sun set. There was plenty of beach toys for them and also good beach equipment. The pool was warm and never too crowded. The condo is situated at the quieter end of the Indian Rocks area, known as Indian Shores. It is minutes from the bridge at Park Boulevard, which gets you to a large shopping mall in under 15 minutes and a smaller supermarket (Winn Dixie) is just 5 mintues away. The hustle and bustle of the Clearwater or Maderia Beaches is just a few miles away in each direction. After a visit to clearwater beach, we hurried back to Indian Shores as quick as poss. There are plenty of nice informal restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. I would recommend this wonderful condo. Thanks to Lynne for allowing us to stay there. We will return. A relaxing long weekend after marathon week at WDW

We loved staying at Seagate 107. We had kids from ages 5-12, parents, and a Nana and Papa. The kids loved playing in the ocean, and the grown-ups loved relaxing on the beach. The beach was beautiful. We collected shells in the morning. The kids made sandcastles and went boogie boarding in the afternoon. One of the best things about staying here vs. other places was that any thing you needed for the beach was provided. We brought our own suits and towels, but they had beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys among other things. That made the weekend really fun. The condo was clean, another big plus, and roomy. We would love to come back again.

Our relaxing vacation - aloha paradise

We loved this spacious condo. Our only disappointment was the pool was alittle cool. Apart from that we were definitely not disappointed. The place was clean and quiet. The view every morning was spectacular. The beaach was wonderful. We saw a family of sting rays one day and we also saw a dolphin from our balcony early one morning! I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

This was our second stay here. The condo has everything you need and more. Clean and plenty of room for everyone. The sunsets were awesome. Shopping and restaurants are close by, or you can cook your own meals or use the outside grills. Enjoyed strolling along the shoreline and seeing all the birds. The sun, sand and water make for a great relaxing vacation. We definitely recommend this condo. It's like a home away from home. You won't regret staying here.

The condo is clean, spacious and very well equipped with many amenities. The location is great, having direct beach access, restaurants and shopping nearby. A beautiful Gulf view with spectacular sunsets can be seen from the large balcony. The pool and grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed our second visit and hope to return.

I just got back from staying here and we had a fantastic time. The condo is very nice and very clean. We had alot of room (very important with children) and the balcony was great for watching the water and the beach. It was nice having the washer and dryer on site. There is also lots of brochures inside the condo for food and attractions. Theres plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and sand toys kept in the condo. This was good if you fly down and can't pack those things.

My family and I had a fabulous vacation! Seagate 107 was very clean, and had absolutely everything you could possibly need! When the owner says all you have to bring are your clothes, she was not kidding...they provide many beach toys, floats, rafts, beach chairs, and plenty of beach towels. The property itself is very well maintained, very clean and a great atmosphere for families. If you are looking for a vacation spot that is family friendly, fun, and right on a beautiful peaceful beach, look no further, Seagate 107 is the place! Thanks Lynn!

I absolutely loved the condo. It was clean and roomy and the view of the gulf was wonderful. It was great to have our morning tea on the balcony and watch the dolphins and pelicans swim in the water. It was the most relaxing vacation we ever had. We will definitly love to rent this again.

We have stayed at this location several times. We must like it we keep coming back. I like that it is on the first floor,can use stairs to get about.Very nicley decorated not the usual tacky beach themes. Location is wonderful for restaurants and getting about.Owners have been wonderful to work with a refreshing change. All over a positive experience highly recommend getting some R&R here! My family just returned from spending a week at this awesome condo! Not only was it totally equipped with anything you needed (including a washer/dryer inside the unit) it also had many things you wouldn't ever think of from beach toys to games for those sometime chilly Florida evenings. Traveling with 2 teenagers we all really enjoyed having 2 seperate private master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The location couldn't have been better with the beach (which was very clean and beautiful to walk) right outside your front door. We all really enjoyed the heated pool especially when the Gulf became a little too chilly to swim in. Travel to Orlando, Ellenton Prime Outlets, Tampa, St. Petersburg and if you get a chance the Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs were very convenient, although there was no reason to leave the immediate area as there are lots of great restaurants and things to do right outside your door. Can't wait to return to this great condo.

Very comfortable condo, right on the beach. We had a lovely breeze the whole time we stayed. The beach is cleaned daily, and the pool and restroom at the pool are immaculate. The living area is open and has a floor to ceiling view of the ocean.
