Longbranch Condominiums are located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado less than two hours away from Denver, Colorado. They are in the historic district of Breckenridge surrounded by charming Victorian homes. It is a short walk to Main Street to enjoy restaurants and shopping during winter or summer and it is less than a half of a block to catch the free shuttle service to the base of Breckenridge Ski Area Peak 8 or Peak 9 or it is a 3 block walk to the gondola.
The extremely convenient location makes Longbranch very popular in summer months as well as in the winter months. The location accommodates guests who enjoy après ski activities that take place on Main Street as well as many opportunities for guests who enjoy dining, history, shopping or just seeing the beautiful clear skies and the refreshing charm unique to the town of Breckenridge, Colorado.
The condo has a reserved space in a heated underground parking garage. There are 2 elevators, one provides luggage carts for an easy haul of your luggage to the unit. It is a 1076 square ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit that sleeps 6. There are 3 beds, one king size in green bedroom, one queen size in master ensuite bedroom and one queen size hide-a-bed in livingroom. It has an open floor plan with a dining area table that seats 4 plus a breakfast bar that seats 6.

Why the Owner Chose Longbranch
Since I visited Breckenridge in highschool I have dreamed of having a home in Breckenridge. It is my dream come true. I chose the in town location rather than ski in ski out because I love walking to town and I like being in the historic part of town. It is beautiful in the summer, not just a ski resort. Having a home near skiing is the best way to have a powder day.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The ski bus stops every 15 minutes less than a half a block from my condo or I can walk three blocks to the gondola. In the summer it is three blocks to the bike trail which goes to Frisco, Copper Mountain and to the top of Vail pass. There are about 10-20 hiking trails that you may hike to starting from the condo. You can pick up a trail map at the Visitors Center which is a great place to visit for Breckenridge information. It is on Main St. & Washington. It tells the history of Breckenridge's mining days and the history of skiing. You can find out a lot of information about things to do while visiting Breckenridge. I love the location because I can walk to restaurants, my favorites are Giampietros, Hearthstone, Mi Casa and Crepes a la carte.
Take the bus to Peak 8 or to Peak 9 or to the main bus station or to tour the town.

Had a wonderful time at your condo last week. Perfect location for skiing and enjoy historic downtown Breckenridge. With a temperature of -16 on Thanksgiving Day morning, the heated underground garage was wonderful!!! The Blue Line ski shuttle runs every 20 mins picking up just 1/2 block from the condo which was super convenient. We walked to town for Starbucks in the mornings and dinner in the evening. Definitely recommend this condo/location for a great vacation!

Breckenridge is wonderful in the summer. We loved the flowers and watched the hummingbirds. We biked on the trail to Frisco and had lunch at the Marina then biked back. We enjoyed a concert at the Riverwalk Center. Longbranch Condos are the best location for walking to all of the things that we did.

This location is amazing! We drove our car into the wonderful heated garage and didn't get in it again all weekend since we could easily walk to town and ride the bus to the lift. It's far enough from Main St. to be quiet, yet close enough to easily access all the shops and restaurants. Also loved the faux finished walls in the bathroom and the open kitchen/living area. The gas fireplace was really nice on a cold day. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Longbranch. The location is great with walking access to more than 20 restaurants located on Main street. Buses to the ski runs are just 1/2 block away so we parked our car in the underground heated garage for 5 days and never had to drive anywhere. Great Ski Vacation. We plan to return to Longbranch and Breckenridge soon.
