Thinking about getting out of the cold this winter? Yearning to go to the Super Bowl? Thinking about following your favorite player around the golf course for the 2008 FBR Open under the warm skies of Scottsdale? We have the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to ALL the events in January and early February in the Phoenix area, this may be just what you are looking for. Bring a group of friends or have a family reunion....this house is the perfect place to gather. There is room for one and all, a backyard complete with BBQ and pool, and a large family room and kitchen for stay at home fun.
The home is located off the 101 freeway which is the main north/south and east/west highway.
Both the Fiesta Bowl and Super Bowl will be played at the University of Phoenix Stadium, which is located approximately 25 minutes away right off the 101. The FBR Phoenix Open is located less than 4 miles away, as is the Barrett Jackson Car Auction.
Wonderful restaurants and world class shopping are all within easy driving distance. One of the largest malls in the country, Scottsdale Fashion Square, is located off the 101 in downtown Scottsdale, which is 12 miles away. The home, itself, is located about 15 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (also easily accessed on the 101 freeway).
As described above, the home has 4 bedrooms (all bedrooms are located on the second level) with a king bed, two queens, and two single beds. Upon request two air mattresses can be provided, as well as a crib.
There is a lot going on in Scottsdale/Phoenix for that five week period: Fiesta Bowl/January 2nd, Barrett Jackson car auction/January 12th-20th, FBR Open/January 29th-February 3rd, and the Super Bowl on February 3rd.
When should you come? How long should you stay? Owner will work with you. Don't let this opportunity to get out of the cold, explore the Phoenix/Scottsdale area (as well as towns like Prescott, Tucson and Sedona), and enjoy time spent with family or friends get away from you.
