There is also a dock for your boat on this side of the property. The guest house is perched atop a small hill overlooking the Atlantic and the coral reef in the distance. The beach running along the Atlantic side of the property is Man-O-War's very best, a long pristine beach for swimming and long walks. This is a very private and beautifully landscaped property and one of the most beautiful locations in all of Abaco.

- the swimming on either side of the property is fantastic, the water is crystal clear with white sandy beach. The best thing about the Sea to Sea location is if it is a bit windy, or the sea is rough on one beach you can easily retreat to the other and vice-versa.
