Located in the upscale area of Kingsbury Grade; this property is close to everything ‘fun’ to do. There is Heavenly Ski Resort for skiing. Brautovich Park (1 of only 3 entrances to Lake Tahoe's Basin hiking trails) where you can also ride snowmobiles, motorcycles, doom buggies to 4 wheel drive and trails to hike – hike and hike some more!!! Short ‘beginner’ trails to very long and treacherous trails for the more advanced hiker. Of course, there is gambling, golfing, wining and dining just minutes away also.
Three bedroom and three bathroom home but can actually sleep 8 + very comfortably…. Great floor plan with a very large bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed with 2 other beds also plus large full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms and 2 baths are on the top floor with another family room, TV, entertainment area, DVD, computer, electric dart board. Main dining room, kitchen, and living room all on second floor which also leads you to the 3 tiered brand new deck and super jet private hot tub!!! Everything about this floor plan is fabulous!!!

Important: because the 'following paragraph' is what my husband and I expect, from the lodging of our choice when traveling, we want to assure our guests that we caringly provide the following for any and all of our privately owned vacation rentals.
Routine quarterly deep clean of condo from top to bottom! All chairs cushions, couch, throw pillows (anything upholstered) professionally steam cleaned quarterly. New pillows monthly (depending on occupancy) plus freshly washed duvet cover comforter on every bed for every guest..... Clean - clean - clean!!! These are just the main issues that I am very particular about. Be assured that all 'smaller detailed areas' are taken care of with the same amount of care as well.
Everything you need to make your comfortable visit to our ‘home away from home’ unforgettable is right here! We would be honored if you became one of our many annual guests.
ALTHOUGH WE LOVE PETS ~ DUE TO THE EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES AND TO AVOID MY FURNITURE SMELLING OF ANIMAL, THIS IS NOT A 'PET FRIENDLY' HOME. THANK YOU!!!
