Village Sands is a small, unique complex consisting of five buildings, 2 units each, with a Key West flair. Our villa is on the top floor and has great Gulf views. Watch the dolphins from the deck! The complex has miles of white sand beach frontage. Enjoy the Gulf breeze and view on our 500 sq. ft. covered, fanned deck. Patio tables, rocking patio chairs and grill included for your dining pleasure.
Our villa has been recently painted and is decorated with a lovely sea side theme. There is a large great room with beamed cathedral ceilings, and double glass doors leading to a huge deck. The great room has a flat screen TV,stereo,VCR/DVD player, DVD library, and video game system with games for your enjoyment. We also have free high speed internet. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed; the guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is an additional folding cot in the second bedroom. The 2 bathrooms are a Jack'n'Jill style. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We are also pet friendly!

Why the Owner Chose Village Sands
Indian Shores is a special place. It is a barrier reef island, surrounded by water. The Gulf of Mexico is on one side of the street ( where our house is)and the Intracoastal on the other.It is a true beach community: laid back and wonderful. We can get to Florida attractions if we want to, or do absolutely nothing but relax on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We have wonderful restaurants ( many waterfront), miles and miles of sugar sand beach. Our beach house offers privacy; we are not a high rise condo. Our deck is unusually large; we can bar b que on the deck, and enjoy dinner while watching the pelicans dive for fish. The condo is well equipped. We have brand new appliances, a flat screen TV, a DVD library, a video game system. It is much more like home than a hotel.
The country's largest bird sanctuary for rehabilitating injured birds ( many pelicans). It is a FREE attraction...go visit!
Not to be missed! Wear your flip flops, order a dozen oysters, watch the crowd go by....
Make a reservation. One of the Sea coast's best restaurants offering up amazing seafood, great steaks, and a hip vibe. Not to be missed.

We have been coming to Florida as a vacation destination since our children were babies. Now that we are past the "Disney Years", we decided it was time to invest in our own place on the beach. There is nothing as wonderful as waking up to see dolphins on the horizon, and ending the day with a glorious sunset.
