This 2,400 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath well maintained cottage has a spacious 140' of PRIVATE FRONTAGE on Crystal Lake. The cottage has been completely renovated over the past few years and is clean and spacious, sleeps 10, and has plenty of parking and room to spread out and enjoy your vacation.
4 bedrooms (3 on upper level, 1 on lower level), 3 full baths. There is a queen bed in each of the 11'x15' and 14'x14' bedrooms, a double bed in the 9'x15' third upper level bedroom, 2 double beds in the 15'x15' fourth lower level bedroom, as well as a pull out sofa on the lower level rec room, and there is one porta-crib available as needed. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and dining room and fans in every room.
Spacious living areas on the upper level, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms with oak floors, fireplace, TV, excellent views of the lake from nearly every room, upper balcony.
Recently updated lower level - Lower level family room with TV, pullout couch (queen sleeper sofa) and love seat, sun room w/foosball table, additional fridge, deck outside of sun room w/patio furniture and gas and charcoal grills. New washer and dryer also in lower level.
The beach and amenities - a 40’x70’ sandy beach area and stairs to the water, boat and wave runner lifts are provided, firewood is also provided for fire pit at no cost. Two kayaks are also provided (please bring your own life jackets). Two Giant Mtn bikes and two kids bikes are available for use as well.
The cottage is located on the north/northwest side of Crystal Lake and faces almost due south, therefore, when it is hot out, the prevailing winds are generally present to help keep you cool. Also because of this location, we have never had issues with mosquitoes. There are no steps to the beach, yet, the cottage is across the road from the lake. We actually have come to prefer this, as there is plenty of room to enjoy the beach, fire pit and play games. Plenty of room and privacy from any neighbors.
Our property is less than one mile to the beginning of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. You can spend your entire week seeking out new and isolated beaches, trails, lakes, and dunes, all along the way to the popular dune climb attraction which is about a 20 minute drive from the cottage.

We have been coming to Crystal Lake for almost twenty years. We have been renting Crystal Lake Getaway for more than 5 years. It is pne of the nicest places we have rented. It is the perfect spot for our family. We enjoy the lakefront access and spend most of our days at the beach. It is great to have access to the bikes and kayaks. The dock is a plus as we usually have waverunners. The house is in great condition as the owners are constantly upgrading and making improvements. The upstairs has a gorgeous view of the lake. It's a great place to relax and getaway. We can't wait to be there this year.
