Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1980
The Koontz Family purchased this Home in 1980 and currently we are into the fifth
generation of family users from the ages of ninety one, to one and a half.
Five years ago we completed extensive remodeling to expand to our growing family's needs. We believe we have succeeded in building a warm, comfortable and friendly family retreat.

Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Park
In a large part we were drawn by the peaceful and private "woodsy" atmosphere
of the home.
For winter use it is near several ski resorts.
For summer use it is near many good fishing and hiking areas.Plus our
Association's private beach, piers and recreation area is great.
