Beautiful and fully furnished 1st floor condo. Excellent location just a few miles from Ft Myers beaches, Sanibel and Captiva! This is resort living at its best, your home away from home.
We take pride in keeping our condo in great shape. We have Comcast high speed wireless internet and recently installed a new flat panel LCD screen in the master bedroom and LED flat screen with Smart blu-ray DVD in the Family room.. We recently painted the interior and it is like new.
This gated community is luxurious with a large club house that has billiards, fitness center, meeting areas, kitchen, etc. Group activities are planned for you to join in the fun. Dinners, dancing, water aerobics and many other community activities. Oh the POOL! Huge beautiful warm pool (and hot tub) that will start or end your perfect day! Lots of padded loungers and tables with umbrellas as well. The Club house and pool are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped lake with walkways around it to enjoy.
You can reach the lake and clubhouse right out the back door through the enclosed lanai! No stairs and no elevator needed. Easy access with a covered parking spot right by the front door. Our condo is in like new condition and is fully furnished with all bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies. Everything you need to move in. Nothing to worry about but total relaxation. Then again you might want to go out and stay busy with the endless activities in the area.
This is our own private condo so you are dealing directly with the owners, not a big real estate company. We are flexible, reasonable and accommodating. We hope our guests will love it, refer us and come back year after year.
We are located near the intersection of Summerlin Rd and San Carlos Blvd, Ft. Myers, Fl 33908. If you google the map you will see it is at the major intersection to both Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. An excellent location if you enjoy the beaches and golf courses!

I spent a month in this great condo. It was clean and well stocked with all the kitchen supplies, soap etc that I needed. The location is super convenient to the beach and the grocery store and other necessities are right around the corner. The pool/hot tub area is everything I wanted it to be and more. The owners were super easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We bought this beautiful condo so we could use it while spending time at the beach and local attractions. My wife and I live in Denver and love to come to Florida and enjoy the warm year-round weather. Unfortunately we are unable to visit as often as we hoped and are now renting it out when we are not there. It is furnished with everything you will need (except sunscreen). This is a pic of my wife and me enjoying the beautiful sunset. Dang, I wish I was there now!
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Pointe:
This location is ideally situated in the Ft. Myers beach area. It is near the intersection of San Carlos Blvd and Summerlin Rd. Take San Carlos across the bridge to the Ft. Myers Beaches. Or take Summerlin Rd. towards Sanibel Island. Best to both locations (only 5 min drives). Centrally located. It is also near grocery stores, mini golf, shops, trolley stop. Very convenient!

This place is like living in a gated resort! The pool is incredible! Hot tub, work out facility, community events, large pond with landscaped path that leads around the pond and clubhouse/pool areas. It is quiet, impeccably clean and almost new. So relaxing we never want to leave. But then we love going to the beaches so close by.
