Sanctuary House is located in the charming beachside community of Union Pier, Michigan. The house is situated in a quiet wooded setting just half mile from the beach. The shops and restaurants of Union Pier, New Buffalo, Lakeside, Harbert and Sawyer are conveniently located just minutes away!

This architecturally unique home has three bedrooms, two and a half baths and is wonderfully and comfortably furnished.

The first floor features: a large open living room/dining room/kitchen with a stacked stone wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops and stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances. A screened-in porch and outdoor deck area are accessible from the living room. A luxurious spa-like Master Bedroom/Bath (queen bed) and powder room complete the first floor layout.

The second floor consists of a loft/sitting area, two bedrooms (queen bed, full bed with single bunk) full bath and laundry room.

Sanctuary House will comfortably accommodate a family of seven or a group of friends. This home is perfect for beach vacations, experiencing the best of Harbor Country's shopping and dining options, viewing wildlife, nature walks, enjoying the colorful autumn foliage or simply relaxing by the fire.

Cleaning Fee: $100.
Damage deposit: $500 (returned provided no damage to home or contents).
50% due at time of reservation, balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposits
are returned only if we are able to re-book your reservation.
