This luxurious three bedroom, two bath home is situated on beautiful Lake McQueeney, providing fantastic views and lake access. River Haven sleeps twelve. The master bedroom has a king, two other bedrooms have queens with additional daybeds and trundles. Queen sofa sleeper in living room and a queen-size air mattress in closet.

It is loaded with the latest amenities for your enjoyment! The sprawling ranch style home features 1900 square feet with: A huge master suite and luxurious bathroom with a double-headed walk-in shower and double vanities with granite. The second bathroom has beautiful granite countertops and a jetted tub for your relaxation!

The kitchen has granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The living room has a fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a large covered front porch with ceiling fans and a second patio on the lower level. Our two-story boat dock is great too. You can dock your boat then sip drinks on the upper level as you watch other boats go by. In addition, there is a community boat ramp and dock for your use as well.

Enjoy incredible wildlife: owls, two types of squirrels, ducks and geese, mockingbirds, woodpeckers and all sorts of other birds. There is a pool table, horseshoe pit, and a tabletop shuffleboard for your enjoyment.

Just minutes away from Schlitterbahn, Sea World, Fiesta TX and downtown San Antonio. White-water kayaking, tubing, jet-skiing, waterskiing, swimming, fishing or just boating are all available nearby. Enjoy shopping at Tanger and Prime Outlet Malls and historic Gruene, TX. Also, the Bandit, rated one of the 10 best golf courses in Texas, is a short 10 minute drive away. The beautiful Starcke Park Golf Course is also located just 10 minutes away.

NOW AVAILABLE - our guests will have access to Lake McQueeney Racquet Club at no additional cost. This is a brand new facility with loads of amenities. The property has one professionally lighted indoor tennis court, two racquetball courts, a steam sauna, a far infrared sauna, a weight/cardio room, separate men's and women's dressing rooms with showers and lockers. There are viewing areas for the racquetball courts and for the tennis court. Outside we have three tennis courts, two of which are lighted courts. Holidays:
$650/night (3 night minimum).
Off-Peak:
Weekend - $300/night (Fri&Sat). Weekday - $200/night (Sun-Thu). $1500/week.
6% Sales Tax. $100 cleaning fee.
Off-Peak rates go into effect Tuesday following Labor Day.
