This luxurious new, three bedroom, two bath home is situated on the beautiful Lake McQueeney providing fantastic views and lake access. Perfect for special events and small weddings. Golf courses nearby. River Haven sleeps twelve. Master has king, two other bedrooms have queens with daybed and trundle. Queen sofa sleeper in living room and a queen size air mattress in closet.
It is loaded with the latest amenities for your enjoyment! The sprawling ranch style home features 1900 square feet with: A huge master suite and luxurious bathroom with beautiful tile work, a double headed walk-in shower and double vanities with granite. The second bathroom also has beautiful tile work, granite counter tops and a jetted tub for your relaxation!
The kitchen has granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. The living room has a fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a large covered front porch with ceiling fans and out door speakers and a second patio on the lower level. In addition, there is a community boat ramp and dock to make your stay more enjoyable. Our new two story boat dock is great too. You can dock your boat then sip drinks on the upper part as you watch other boats go by.
Enjoy incredible wildlife: owls, two types of squirrels, ducks and geese, mockingbirds, woodpeckers and all sorts of other birds. There is a pool table, horseshoe pit, and a tabletop shuffleboard for your enjoyment.
