This is a stunning open planned seven bedroom villa and is tastefully furnished to the highest standards. It is situated in the closest community to Disney also. This is only three stoplights from the Main Gate of Disney and minutes from other attractions such as Seaworld and Universal Studios.
This villa is HUGE, and is perfect for large families, several families going together or for people that just like their space.
It is set over two floors with two sitting areas. The Kitchen, Dining Room, Game Room and King Master Suite are all located on the first floor. Then there are six additional bedrooms and three additional bathrooms on the second level. And, of course there is the large pool with separate jacuzzi featuring conservation views so you have complete privacy.
The master suite is true luxury with a classic Italian Style King Bed and matching side tables with chest of drawers. This leads through to a large Master Bath with Italian Marble Flooring.
The Game Room has an 8 foot Pool Table, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table and Electronic Dart Board. The Sony Playstation is also located in the Game Room too. Most importantly, the Game Room is kept cool with a separate 18,000BTU Air Conditioning System. You'll have nothing but total comfort playing your favorite games!
This villa is situated in a luxury gated community with a magnificent entrance. It features a long driveway lined with palm trees and columns leading to an arrangement of silver dolphins. Emerald Island has many communual facilities not often found in other Resorts. These include a large community pool and spa, sauna, clubhouse and bar, internet access and children's play area, all of which are just down the road from this villa. A 24 hour supermarket and other shops are a five minute walk, in case you get any late night snack attacks.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The grocery store is so convenient. Located just a few blocks from the resort, you can't get to your villa without passing it. This is the same with shops and restaurants. For the serious shopper, don't forget to check out one of the flea markets on 192. They have just about everything!

I have always had an interest to be able to sneak away to a warm climate during the cold winter months of Minnesota. Florida was the perfect solution. Our villas are an absolute joy to own. My family recently stayed @ Mickey's Mansion and we all loved it. The heated pool was comfortable (my elderly mom had trouble getting in as no railing-my only suggestion for improvement.) and we loved the privacy. The home was very clean and the temperature was comfortable. The house was easily accessible and I want to say the gatekeepers were friendly. I would definitely recommend this property (and already have told my co-workers about it.) We would stay here again, also. All my questions were answered prior to my leaving MN.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
