Our family decided to have our family reunion in New Smyrna Beach this year. Being that we own in the Sea Woods, we organized rentals for family members in the Sea Woods Community. One of the properties was this Duplex. We could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness and accommodations. Brian, your beach home is tastefully decorated, spacious and has all the amenities you could possibly want. Thank you for sharing your wonderful beachside home with us.

My husband and I stayed here in August of '10 with a couple of friends of ours for a week. This place was amazing! It had everything we needed even stuff we didn't know we needed! My husband and his friend had a blast trying their hands at buggy boarding and my friend and I enjoyed watching them from our cozy beach chairs on the beach (all of which, were already here). The place is cozy and inviting!!! Hopeing to come back in the very near future!!! Thank you so much!

Excellent price on a wonderful place to spend a vacation. My wife and I went with another couple, and the location of the bedrooms/bathrooms was absolutely perfect for making everyone feel comfortable in their stay. Plenty of room in the condo, so that if people need space to feel relaxed and comfortable they can have it. Just a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter one to multiple pool locations. The tennis courts are so close by and in great condition for playing. We have stayed at numerous other condos in that past in New Smyrna, and this place is right up there with the best in terms of what you get for the price. I would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact my wife and I plan to book it again the next time we go and it is available.

Our family has been vacationing in New Smyrna for more than 25 years. In that time, we have stayed on private homes on the beach and condos--on the beach and across the street. Our stay in this Sea Woods unit was great. The owner was excellent to work with. We found the unit to be exactly as described on this site, clean and well-maintained. In fact, we like it so well we have already booked for next summer. That should say it all!

This is a lovely, spacious, well decorated vacation home. The roomy living area with an abundance of light from the large windows and skylight; the beautiful large patio with mature landscaping backdrop; the garage and storage areas; the privacy and proximity to the Sea Woods tennis courts and pools, and the well-stocked accessories and bikes - just about everything you want or need is provided. A boardwalk provides a short scenic path to the wonderful beach location. The only negative was that the screened doors need some attention. One other issue was immediately addressed by the owner to our satisfaction. Thus, we had a lovely stay and hope to return again next year. There are many good restaurants but our favorite is J.B.'s Fish Camp.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+.

This was our second stay at B.H.'s lovely home in Seawoods a wonderful, wooded community just across from the beach. We stayed for the months of Feb. and March This home is so clean, neat and comfortable from the queen size bed with a temperpedic topper in the master bedroom, to the 42" HD TV, the WiFi computer access and all the updated appliances it feels like home. He even has his and her cruiser bikes for his guests use. The only thing you need to bring is your clothes and toothbrushes. B.H. is a joy to work with and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. We can't wait to come back next year.

This is a beautiful property. It has all the ammenities of home, large screen tv, comfortable furniture and beds, completly stocked kitchen and a beautiful, paved patio with nice patio furniture and Weber gas grill. The owner is so nice and eager to make your stay at his home perfect. We loved it!!
